The entire stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We have family that live there so it was a perfect location for us. Upon arrival he was proactive with communication and had all the instructions clearly laid out to understand what the expectations were. We got there and only had 2 beds for sleep space. However, after explaining this to him & his assistant Walter, they corrected the issue immediately providing a sleep sofa for another space to sleep in the living room area. I appreciate their immediate attention and response to this. Providing a solution to make it correct! Everything that was needed was provided both in the kitchen and bathroom, which was refreshing. And the location was nice with a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, restaurants and groceries. And a 10 minute walk to the beach. All in all this was a fantastic experience. Thank you!

My first time on the Island & I am so grateful I found this place to stay at! There were 5 of us with plenty of room in this house. It was a quiet neighborhood & the prettiest view. We didn’t walk to the beach from the house but there were plenty of close beaches nearby that we drove to & they were great. There were even chairs & a cooler at the house that we were able to use which was super helpful! I messaged John quite a few times for recommendations & tips & he was always very responsive & helpful. We will absolutely be staying here when we come next time!

Great location and ease of access. We loved the view from the 12th floor and had no issues with noise or anything . It’s a little tight , but perfect if you plan to spend majority of your time outdoors.

Charlie’s place is really special — corner unit with an incredible view. It feels like you’re staying in a fancy hotel almost. It was also very clean and well taken care of, an easy to use keurig and it’s so lovely to sit out on the patio in the morning. Charlie was also very communicative and responsive (though we ran into no issues!). Highly recommend!

Perfect location of you want to walk to the beach at Lanikai. Mary was super responsive to all of our inquiries.

Hilton Village is easy. Has everything you could need or want so you don’t spend time driving all over in Honolulu traffic! We wanted to arrive and park it! This place allowed us to do just that!!

This is a fantastic townhouse for a family to stay! It is extremely close to the lagoons which we drove daily 2 mins away. We found it a little far to walk. We forgot our stroller at home and were so grateful when we arrived they had one! They have tons of beach items for the kids to use and chairs. The beds were super comfortable! The pool was fantastic to use when making dinner on the bbq. It was a great stay and would love to stay again!

I would recommend staying. clean and comfortable bed. coffee in room. Food trucks across the street. East to find access to beach close to shops

This was a perfect stay. The home was even nicer than the picture made it seem. My family of 4 fit very comfortably here. The location was outstanding and the overall experience was amazing. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

Such an amazing place!! Kristen was very responsive, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She even gave us recommendations on good restaurants around the island. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, strainers, dishes, baking dishes, blender, stand mixer, & espresso machine (which I had to read the instructions for, but amazing to have). My son has a lot of allergies, so it was really nice to have a lot of essentials to cook most of our meals at the house. I could tell she put a lot of thought into what would be needed, and not just the bare minimum. There was even a high chair. I loved being able to have the windows open to let the breezes blow, or we could use the A/c if we got too hot. There is another unit in the back, but I hardly ever saw her. It did not bother us at all. It is only a short drive to Kailua Beach Park, and on a quiet street. I am so thankful for being able to stay here, & would definitely come back to stay here again!!!
