Our stay was just perfect and as we wanted it to be. Niresh, the host was extremely helpful in getting whatever we needed (including a few utensils for kitchen ;)). The host was there to welcome us and showed us the house. Being on 28th floor, the view was superb the skyline of Colombo city was visible and so was the water front. The location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets near by at walking distance. The amenities were just as shown in the pics and we enjoyed most of it. A perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and still want to be a peaceful place 😊

This place was just perfect for our stay . As described the place was just 15mins away from the international airport . The host gave us a warm welcome into their house which is maintained very well . We were very impressed . The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city . The entire floor with 2 bedrooms , a washroom and a lovely terrace is for the guests . The washroom could have been a little more cleaner . What stood out for us was the kitchen . It is essentially equipped and the host was so humble and offered us the essentials from her kitchen . We stayed with my 1 year old and it is undoubtedly child friendly . The place is exactly same as shown in the pictures . Highly recommended for families . Thank you for the hospitality !

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at Heritage Villa near Airport in Negombo! From the moment we arrived, Chandrika, our host, was incredibly supportive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The property was in excellent condition, exactly as described in the photos. The beautiful and spacious garden was a highlight, perfect for an evening walk and relaxation. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The beds were extremely cozy, allowing for perfect sleep, and the washrooms were spotlessly clean. This villa is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, and we would especially recommend it for long-term stays. Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay! Host wasn't there at the time but her daughter took care of it so well. Very friendly and kind host. She even helped me booked a cab for my super early train! It's in a peaceful location in Colombo so that's great if you want to avoid crowd and noise. The place was great, spacious, clean bathroom, comfy bed. I had no complaints at all. I can totally recommend this place!
