Wailea Beach : locations de villas de vacances

This condo has to be one of the best in Wailea. It has a stunning ocean view from both the living room and the lanai. The kitchen is spotless, well appointed, and comes with almost all of the seasonings needed to cook or bake. The beds are new and very comfortable and the linens and towels of very high quality. The location is perfect as it is an easy walk through the condo grounds, which are gorgeous, down to the pristine beach right in front of the property. It is in between the Andaz Hotel and the Wailea Beach Villas (Marriott) and very close to the Shops of Wailea. The bathrooms are also pristine, new tile and counter tops, and very high quality hair products are offered for use. Everything was excellent!! The property management company, Private Paradise Villas, were very attentive and did a great job booking excursions and managing dinner reservations. It was just the vacation we were looking forward to!!

Farzie's home was the perfect holiday retreat for our multigenerational family. We love the Honua Kai but the max size in the main buildings are 2bed/2bath units and we needed something bigger. Everyone (Grammy, teens, parents/toddlers) had their own full bathroom. The third king can be split into twins for guests that don't want to share a bed but are sharing a room. This condo is ground floor with makes it perfect for families with small kids or anyone with accessibility issues. We loved having a smaller pool right at our doorstep that was never crowded and easy to play in when the youngest weren't yet on the timezone. Later in the morning it was an easy 5 minute walk to the main pools, beach, and restaurant (Duke's - yum!). In addition to the condo itself being immaculate, spacious, and wonderful for cooking and dining in, Farzie herself is a gracious, warm host. Her communication is excellent, with fast responses. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! I appreciate the extra effort Gordon put into making our stay fabulous. We loved the pool and being able to use the gym. We also cooked eggs on the electric griddle every morning. There’s a grocery store within walking distance which was nice. Looking forward to booking again the next time we visit.

Our family of 6 with teens/20’s had an amazing stay at Pheonix’s place! The location could not be beat! 10 minute walk to kaanapali beach/whalers shopping village. Right on golf course at the end of a private road. Felt safe and very quiet/private. outdoor pool, grill and sun deck were amazing. Nice sized kitchen and aside from being short a few forks and some Tupperware it was well stocked. The downstairs private apt worked out great so we could have some extra privacy. Would work well for couples or families with older kids. We had no issues except one fuse for the air conditioning and Phoenix was immediately responsive with a fix. Lots of pool toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler and beach bag already there which was really nice. The best thing was for this much privacy, location to kaanapali beach and travel feb break/whale season the price per night was really reasonable. We would stay at Phoenix’s again and highly recommend for a West Maui stay! Mahalo Phoenix!!

This place was so good, I would recommend to all. The set up both inside and out were great. If there was anything negative It would be the road and beach parking lot across the road, which we thought would be noisy but both were non-issues. This is a great place, and central to the island. It is only about 25 min drive to/from the airport. Thanks so much Gal!!! If we come back to Maui (and I hope we do!) we would definitely stay here again!!!
