The location was good for us with easy access to the beach and other island sites. House is well stocked with kitchen accessories, beach going toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Owners were responsive and communicated well. House was spacious and met our needs.

Our Second time staying here. Very peaceful. Maui Meadows is a beautiful neighborhood. Peter is Great, the place fits our needs perfectly. Self sustained unit runs on solar. We hope to return again. Highly recommended for anyone who wants something unique and away from All the crowded resorts.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We appreciated the private patio space. This home is in a convenient location for easy walking to restaurants and shops in central Paia. It was hard to leave!

We stayed at Sandra's villa for a week over spring break. To be honest, it was quite possibly the best place we've rented for a vacation home. It was clean, secluded and had amazing views. The grill was in great condition and we used it several times. A few minutes from restaurants, the beach and a good grocery store. We loved feeling surrounded by all of the trees and plants and hearing the birds all day long. Sandra communicated well and respected her guests privacy even though she lives close by. If you're looking for a nice quiet place with a pool and amazing views, this villa is a great choice.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach—which was a huge plus. We really appreciated that the home had everything we needed, from the kitchen to beach umbrellas, chairs, and more. The community was peaceful and welcoming, and parking was super convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax, connect, and make beautiful family memories. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Turtle House. Poni was wonderful, location made us feel like we were locals. Beaches were amazing, so many fun restaurants to choose from. Her guide book was second to none, recommendations were spot on. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a great 1 night stay here. Slept 6 comfortably and was an easy walk into town. No complaints!!

So happy to have stayed here. Felt like a very central location and the home was so cozy. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, and a great size home to come back to after the beach. The hosts were so kind to even have a delicious pie waiting for us in the fridge. I would not only stay here again, but I would also definitely recommend it to others.

Manolo is a very helpful and proactive host. He made sure that we were okay and had everything we needed. House is pretty, with a beautiful yard. Manolo has snorkeling equipment, flippers, boogie boards, etc. House is close to the restaurants of Paia Bay (10 min walking), which is great because parking is always a problem in Maui.

Love this place, it is centrally located in the Island. Quiet neighbors in the complex. Pool, jacuzzi and cooking area was clean, easy to access, used the over, BBQs and tables to have several meals. Internet in the condo worked well for 4 of us the utilize. Our family felt safe at all hours of the night walking around the complex and going to the shopping center or grocery store which is out the back gate of the complex. Beach chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment were definitely appreciated. Next time to Maui we hope this place is available to rent again. Thank you for communicating so well and throughout our stay.

This apartment was a great base for exploring Paia and the Road to Hana. We stayed here on our first night in Maui, and dinner in Paia and then a sunset walk on Mama's Beach, where we saw a sea turtle, was the perfect start to our trip! In the morning, we got breakfast at Kuau Store, which was delicious and so close to the Airbnb. We headed out on the Road to Hana the next day, and being right on the Hana Highway made that easy. All around a great stay!

Clean & Simple! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location could not be any better, perfect walking distance from Kihei night life and multiple beach fronts to choose from!

Vintage Studio was as advertised. Great location . Derrick was very responsive to any questions we had and great recommendations for sights and restaurants.

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Amy’s place was amazing! I wish we had time to use all of the amenities included, but it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Definitely will keep this place in mind to book for future trips!

What a great location! Karen’s condo was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved it so much we booked for next year. It is like a 4 minute walk to beach, she had beach chairs, toys and umbrella. There is a convenient outside shower in lower parking lot to wash off sand. We saw lots of whales breaching or tail slapping from beach, even a giant sea turtle would come sun itself. If you are planning on staying here, we found directions to actual condo confusing. We were hauling luggage and golf clubs up and down stairs. The easiest way to get to unit if you park in upper lot bring your luggage DOWN to The road to main entrance there is one set of steps to go down to unit.

Great place - will stay again. Complex is nice, quiet and very cleaen. BBQs, small pool. Parking is easy. Walk across to beach and sunset :)

Our family of 5 had the most comfortable stay here! Really appreciated the beach chairs and toys available - since the beach was within walking distance, we were there any time we had a free moment! The location could not be beat. We were less than a 5 minute drive to our surf lessons, Foodland, and the Kihei food trucks. Kihei Caffe is right next door! The beds and pillows are super comfy and we had the best sleep we’ve had in an Airbnb. Felt right at home.

Our group of 4 loved staying here and would absolutely do it again! It was walkable to many shops, restaurants and the beach. The beds were comfortable for an Airbnb and the place had the basic kitchen supplies as well as beach chairs/towels/sand toys etc. The only minor flaw were the ants/little bugs, but I don’t think that can be totally avoided when in Hawaii. We used ant spray that someone had left and taped all our food up/put everything in the fridge and that seemed to work well. 10/10 would recommend staying here and we would love to stay again!

While sipping your morning coffee you can hear the waves of the Pacific lapping gently on the shore in the distance as a surf instructor unlocks the door to thwbschool across the street. The rest of your group rallies for the morning, and you stroll down to Kihei Caffe for a tasty breakfast, then head out on adventures in the most beautiful place in the world. If that sounds uninteresting to you, move along. But this is the fantasy we were greeted with each morning at this lovely rental, and it'll haunt my dreams for years to come.

A good smaller place for 3. Our 16 son used the pull out bed. Place has lots of extra towels, linens, spices and cooking supplies. Could use a few plastic containers with lids to take lunches on the road. Nice location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping market and many beaches. Only has A/C in the bedroom so the front room stays warm. If you need a cool place to retreat too then this place isn’t for you. Does have lots of fans. Nicely updated and renovated. It has keys vs keypad for entrance. Our son likes the tennis courts. The pools are smaller than other places we’ve stayed but they have loungers. We didn’t spend much time at them. Overall good space for 2-3 people.

Su made everything an easy and smooth stay. Location is fantastic! We had everything we needed, including beach and pool equipment. Everything was organized and very clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for just the right place in Kehei.
