This condo is in an excellent location, mid way between North Beach and South Beach. There are plenty of affordable and excellent restaurant choices nearby as well as a Safeway grocery store and Longs drug store. The listing is exactly as pictured and the host is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai.

What a fantastic home to stay at in Poipu! The unit was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Being on the third floor gave us a beautiful view of the ocean (it's CLOSER than it appears in the pictures!) and was walkable to all that Kiahuna had to offer as well as to the Poipu Athletic Club. Our host was very responsive before and during our stay. The portable AC units cooled the unit during the day and then we only ran the ceiling fan and standing fan for sleep. Note that the windows are screened with luvered shutters but not glass. All units at Kiahuna Plantation are built this way - such a nice way to get fresh air without bugs! If you're a taller person prepare for the bathroom to be shorter than what you're probably used to. Besides that, we had plenty of linens & paper goods, as well as cooking utensils, Tupperware, and cooler bags for the beach. Also, check out was just like a hotel - just grab your things & go! We would recommend and stay again.

The Westin was great! Gorgeous place with friendly staff. And Tony was super prompt in communicating with us and making the reservation!

Watching from lanai saw Humpback whales, what a treat. The place was nice. Sanford was extremely helpful. The building could have some updating (cracked roof shingles, outside walls...) but overall nice stay.

This resort has a wonderful location. The place was very roomy and comfortable. Everything that we needed was available in the kitchen. The fourth floor allowed an excellent view of the inside of the resort and the ocean. Visitors to Hawaii are reminded to make reservations well Ahead of the time for special things they wish to do.

We loved this place and would have stayed the whole time if it wasn’t booked! The ocean views are magical and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi! The kitchen had adorable little additions like tiny spice packets and laundry soap. We thought this was a really wonderful spot! Centrally locates and you can hear the waves as you sleep.

Kelly provided us a lovely place for our family of 4 at a lower rate than I could find otherwise. She had boggie boards, a cooler, and beach chairs that were nice additions. The fridge was a good size and larger than expected. We couldn’t find bowls but there were some dishes. The room is a bit dated and the floor was a little loud with other guests above and around but for a hotel style room in a nice resort it was good. They charge a lot for parking though. Just be aware. Kelly mentions it also. It adds up. Overall it was a great stay and we are glad we found this place.

Everything went well, the only thing that I can complain a little bit is that our villa was not ready by the time we have to check in, we have to wait an hour to get it. Other than that everything was great.

This is the second time we’ve stayed Story the Bali Hai Villas. The grounds are beautiful. The bill was spacious and equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. We’re looking forward to returning!

The place was super nice. The check-in process was like a typical hotel. The place was clean for the most part the only thing was that there was sand in a lot of places. we couldn't really use the sofa bed because of all the sand but not a deal breaker. I'm sure if we would have called they would have cleaned it but it wasn't a big issue for us. Overall a great experience.

We had a great stay here in Princeville. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The resorts amenities were wonderful. There was an extra cost to run air conditioning but the ceiling fans throughout the apartment did a great job and we didn't need to use the air conditioning at all. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kauai.

Great stay, very comfortable for a family or group of friends!

This place was better than the pictures showed. My favorite part was the bed, it’s was the comfiest bed I’ve experienced. The space was spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time there but we could have spent the day there with the activities they had going during the day. Location was great as well.

We had a lovely stay here and if we will come back to Kauai, we will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful spacious apartment. Beautiful views ! 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, however 2 of the showers were awful ( no power) so we all ended up using 1 bathroom that had best shower. Location is great if you want to be on north shore. It’s really far from everything else. Expect to drive 45min -90min to get to other side of island and factor in time for lane closures as well. Lots of rain at night only but expected on N shore. Hanalei is beautiful with quaint shops and a variety of eating places Great beaches ( Hanalei pier & Annini) within 3-5miles Wouldn’t mind staying here again and would definitely recommend to friends. Lastly we were charged $25 /day if we requested AC

This was a fantastic stay!! The room was great, had a super comfy bed, and it had beautiful views—perfect for watching the sunrise each morning. The resort is incredible and the location is central for anything you could want to do in Kauai. Lorna was very responsive and kind too. Highly recommend!!

This was an awesome Air bnb. From when I first booked to checking out. Waking up to a stunning ocean view. Place was large with extra bedroom, full kitchen and everything we needed. Close enough to shops and eateries. Communication was great and supper friendly correspondance. Will definatly book again with luxary.

The resort itself is very beautiful but it’s isolated from most places and the transportation services are limited. They have a taxi service which we used anytime we left the resort as the bus didn’t stop there and uber was unreliable. If you have a car there’s nothing to worry about with that. Food is good but expensive as expected. The beach was great but is surrounded by reefs so make sure to be careful with protecting that and not stepping on anything. There is another resort right by which also had great food. The place itself was very clean and has such a beautiful view. We landed pretty late so we couldn’t see anything till the morning, but let me tell you when we woke up, we were all jaw dropped. Seriously, so stunning. Overall, I think it’s a good place if you want something peaceful and quiet, but if you plan to do anything without a car I wouldn’t recommend.

Property was exactly as described. It’s an amazing price for all the amenities that were included without the extra resort fees. The private beach was our favorite spot to hangout. (Thanks to the beach chairs that were included) The beach side bar was a plus and all restaurants on site were perfect. It is more secluded, but everything is within a few min drive. The value this resort brings is amazing. Would recommend for a relaxing vacation but the option to explore both the north and south shores if you’d like.

Beautiful location. Everything I needed was nearby. Pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants. The host provides everything that is needed. Sufficient toilet paper, shampoo, lotion and laundry detergent as well as coffee filters. I was very happy with the place. Thank you!

The place was exactly as pictured. It was convenient to the pool and beach. From our balcony we could see our loved ones at the pool while we sipped our beverages on the lanai. Also, on Friday evening, we were able to view the hula dancing and Hawaiian songs by the pool area.
