BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Looks over the entire Lake Rotorua. Phil was very communicative and was even able to accommodate a last minute request to stay an extra night due some car trouble. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. About 25 min drive from downtown Rotorua. We loved watching the sunset and sunrise with the views and enjoying the animal life that came by. Great stay and would recommend if you want to be a little outside of town.

We have stayed in quite a few airbnb's and this place was one of the cleanest we have been in. The sheets were pristine and all the cookware was very clean. The massage bed was extremely comfortable and has a function where you can raise the head of the bed and/or the feet. The views from this place is extraordinary with your own private deck to view the beautiful scenery from. The unit is walkable distance from the redwoods which is a really nice walk in the woods. We couldnt have been more satisfied with this place and would highly recommend it to all our friends and family. Also, the additional touches of some free snacks/food makes this place even more worthwhile to stay in.

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant location with a quick walk to the beach.Wonderful big house that catered well for our family over from the UK & Oz. The best airbnb we’ve stayed at so far in NZ 😀

We love staying here, this was our third time and we'll be back. The location is perfect for us, right by the bike park for morning rides, and just a few minutes away from the blue lake where we can take our dog swimming. The big garage means we can lock up our bikes when we are out exploring the other great things Rotorua has to offer. The spa is fantastic after a fun morning ride. Best of all we can bring our fur baby, and the section is fully fenced and safe for her. The house has all the amenities you could need :) .

Lovely quirky kiwi bach! Great location. Easy (toddler friendly) walking distance to great coffee, beach and shops. Super family friendly. Clean and tidy. Full cooking facilities to make meals for the family or kids. As our 2yo said “I love this house”! Cup full, core memories created! Forever grateful.

Great affordable accommodation with all the basics for a weekend at the beach. So great to find something so clean and tidy even though it is a older beach cottage!

Thanks Fiona - we had a very relaxing stay at Opotiki. Our kids loved joining in with the local kids jumping of the jetty walking distance from the back fence and riding their horses bareback. They were very friendly and welcoming. I loved your vegie garden and fruit trees. Very clean and peaceful. Would highly recommend.
