Beautiful place with a great view of the water. This is my first trip involving a flight and first time going to Kauai. The experience was great and this place was a contributor to my great experience. It had just the right amount of space for me and my girlfriend. We loved this place and just how much there was to do.

Steve's Poipu home is simply amazing. It's one of the best beach locations I've ever stayed in. A quick walk gets you to a perfect boogie boarding beach and a beach where the turtles sleep every night. We also saw lots of whales, monk seals, and pods of dolphins! A great sit down restaurant, deli, and Puka Dog are almost next door, along with a surf shop to rent equipment and do a little shopping. I can't recommend Steve's place enough!

Can’t beat the views, central location & aloha at Cash’s place. Waking up to sunrise each morning was a dream. Cozy and comfortable for a long weekend.

This is hands down one of the most beautiful places. The room was super spacious, way more than the pictures show, the view is just incredible even better than pictures can do justice! The room is a bit of a walk if you don’t get a golf cart ride, but well worth it for the views. Parking gets full rather quickly, but the resort and valet staff take care of it. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely rebook if (hopefully) when I’m back to Princeville!

We only stayed one night at Evans’ but really wished we had more time. The house is beautiful and surrounded by trees creating rainforest vibes! The whole house was clean and very comfortable. All communication and check-in was very smooth. We could also spend a little time with Evans before checking out and had a lovely conversation together. Evans went above and beyond to make us feel right at home.

We had an incredible time in this unique, beautiful house. We stayed with our family of 5 and had plenty of space for all of us. Loved being so close to the end of the road and felt remote and secluded, while Hanalei was a short drive away. Loved being able to walk across the street for beach sunsets and coffee at The Hanalei Colony Resort. We absolutely will be back!

I was really pleased with Cari's willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate a couple of special requests we had. She could have just said no, but she helped make it work. Thank you. The place is really nice. I especially liked that the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. And also lots of nice beach toys. Great place. I would happily come back again.

We had the best stay and Steve’s condo was so spacious and comfortable. The pool and grounds of Poipu Kapili are beautiful and we loved walking to the beach and also just watching the waves and turtles from the sea wall across the road. It was so nice having chairs and beach towels to use! What a wonderful place!

Puu Poa did not disappoint! The condo was spacious with great views of the ocean.

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

Shana's place is beautiful. The view is serene and the condo is very comfortable and offered everything we needed. We would rent again!

The home was excellent for our stay on Kauai. The home was ideally set up for our family of four with two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom on one quiet corner of the home and a larger main bedroom and bath on the opposite end. Walkable to great beaches, amazing sunset views, and the best coffee shop )little fish) on the island. The home is well stocked with all the beach gear you need, binoculars for whale watching, and a fully stocked kitchen. The best part of our days were our evening on the lanai: Tina and her team were always responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic. Views are amazing. AC is slow but eventually gets there. Nice to have that. We saw many turtles swimming in the water from the balcony. Also saw dolphins and whales! Can't beat it. We loved that they didn't require starting the dishwasher or towels upon check out, but we did anyway.

Michelle's place is in a perfect location near the airport and in between Hanalei to the North and Waimea to the Southwest. Walkable to the local Safeway and several restaurants and food trucks. We especially loved hearing the ocean waves 24/7 and watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning. The amenities, including the Washer/Dryer, are topnotch so don't be afraid to pack light. Michelle was easy to contact and very friendly. Would absolutely book again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful accommodations, fully stocked kitchen & unit! (needs tongs & a potato peeler though!) The pool was peaceful and beach just a quick walk away. The blinds let in a lot of light, so if you need to nap a baby- it’s very challenging. There is so much space here & the patio is amazing. Lots of comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

Wow... just the best. Beautiful spot, clean, very quiet, super accommodations inside and Kristina is awesome. This was on our bucket list and it didn't disappoint. Doug & Kim, Bloomington Illinois.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. We have stayed at Hanalei Bay Resort in the past and enjoy the natural beauty and location of the complex itself. This lower level unit has amazing views, a great lanai, and is furnished with almost all the things you would hope to have. A boogie board would have been an added bonus. The only thing I think others may want to know before renting this unit is that there is a door that passes through to another unit next door. The door was closed for our stay, but we could hear the neighbors comings and goings and conversations very clearly. Fortunately, during our stay, the neighbors were considerate of this and it wasn't much of an issue. Overall I would highly consider renting this unit again.

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

The ocean sound throughout the place was amazing! Loved the backyard. Great beach and location!

LaniKai #131 is absolutely beautiful. A lovely condo that is very private (only about 18 units total) we felt right at home & although there were others around. A lot of the time we had the pool or community areas to ourselves. The coconut marketplace was walkable (maybe a block) & you could do shopping, pick up basics from the ABC store or grab dinner at the restaurants. The beach was beautiful and had nice safe areas for kids. Many times we walked along the shore & path to Lava Lava for happy hour or breakfast. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. The finishes were beautiful and made us feel at home. I like to unpack and there were truly many storage areas & hooks, in the bedrooms and bathrooms that were very thoughtful for guests. & the whole home A/C was much appreciated since we come from a cooler climate. There were also many outlets that made for easy charging of electronics. & we loved the seating in the main room for everyone to spread out. We definitely plan to return!!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

Vicky was incredibly helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Her area recommendations were spot on and super helpful. She helped us find a few hidden gems in the area, and reinforced an idea we already had on our list of things to do. She handled a hiccup on the first day with quick communication, grace and kindness. The condo unit is exactly as described, in perfect shape, has all that we needed and more. Super convenient to use the beach chairs and boogie boards and condo unit provides beach towels- all to make the experience easier for travelers. We appreciated the oceanfront location, sound of the waves, views, proximity to snorkeling / lifeguarded beach at the park right next door. The location also makes an easy drive both north to Hanalei Bay and south/west to poipu and or Waimea canyon. Instructions for the house were perfect and spot on. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. When we do, we will absolutely stay here again.
