Super convenient location! Walkable to a few restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Inside was clean and updated. Bed was firm but comfortable to me (my wife thought it was too firm). Love having a Brita with water in fridge and an ice maker! Quiet neighborhood, however it's really easy to hear everything happening in the unit on the other side of the duplex. Didn't bother us too much tho. Overall it was the perfect place for our stay in Durham.

Not only are Kelvin & Arthina just lovely people, but they are also two of the most kind & accommodating hosts I’ve ever stayed with! The home was clean and spacious and the location was very convenient for exploring Raleigh & the Triangle. Parking was super easy and always available. Fully stocked kitchen if you plan on cooking in the house with spices and everything. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Blake’s place was just what we needed for our 1 week business trip. My husband was a quick drive to work and I was able to walk many places around town with our 5 month old. The place itself was very clean and had very comfortable linens. We took advantage of the washer and dryer, as it’s hard to pack enough baby clothes and burp cloths. The kitchen had all the basics and even a panini press which we really enjoyed. We were able to make ourselves at home and spent time on the little patio out back, as the weather was beautiful during our stay. Blake was extremely responsive and helpful, and even went the extra mile to help us get a comfortable sleep set-up for when our friends stayed over one night. We would stay again if needing to come to Durham in the future!

safe, clean place, I loved it and will come back again

I had a very nice stay. I especially appreciated the peacefulness of the location and the water and nature view out the back deck was really nice. That view was a nice surprise given the residential area. The general location was great for me as it was close to the heart of the north hills area. Nelson had everything you could need taken care of, and it made sense that he is a super host.

The place is beautiful and the host is amazing .. for sure this is gonna be my place every time coming to Raleigh, North Carolina .. I do recommend this place for anyone wants to feel. He is in his own house.

Elizabeth and Amy were fantastic hosts. Communication was wonderful and they were so friendly and responsive. The apartment was excellent with THE most comfortable bed (hadn't slept so well in years). The apartment looked just like the photos, it was spotless and the neighborhood is beautiful. These ladies thought of everything in terms of amenities and the welcome chocolate toffee bar was so thoughtful. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I hope to return again one day!

We were a group of 7 staying for a work trip, and the house was absolutely amazing! The open-plan living areas were perfect for spending time together, while the bedrooms being tucked away gave everyone their own space and quiet. The place was beautifully designed, spotlessly maintained, and super comfortable. The hosts' communication was so lovely — they made us feel truly welcome and valued from the start. The location was also great for what we needed: quiet, convenient, and easy to get around. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

I had a wonderful stay here and was here for one month. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I am back in this area. Very warm and welcoming host. There were a couple of other professionals living at this residence, and everyone was polite and considerate of one another. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for sleeping in. There is a really great couch and a nice chair with a footstool. The bathroom had a great walk in shower with a shower head facing you and one straight above you for a rain like effect. The walk-in closet offered plenty of room for my clothes and storage. The kitchen had absolutely everything I needed. The washer and dryer are conveniently located just outside of the room and operate very quietly. The outdoors were very peaceful and the neighborhood is very quiet. I am very grateful for my stay and would love to visit here again in the future. I felt genuinely welcome here, and would give 10 stars if I could.

Abdalla is very responsive on messaging. I have a really good stay here. The place is clean and spotless. It is actually bigger than I was expecting from the photo. Quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Durham.

It was a great place to stay for a quick visit to Cary, NC. It was well-suited for a family of 5.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Raleigh! The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The space itself was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was also very welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Raleigh it’s the perfect spot for a stay!

The place was fantastic! Super easy to find, exactly as described, and a sweet spot. Looks just like the photos and had the feel of an old building with modern conveniences.

Tyler and Callan's Oasis was the perfect little home away from home for us while we visited Durham. Their place is super cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood. They are fantastic hosts and we'd love to stay here again.

The only short coming was using the air b&b app to direct us to the property, at wasn't very accurate

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Nate was very responsive to messages. Everything was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. Nice quiet country setting, yet close to shopping and dining. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is an ideal location in downtown Raleigh. The apartment is a nice studio with the necessary amenities for a short or long stay. The rooftop has a great pool/clubhouse area. The best thing about this stay is the host! Murtaza was extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible. Thank you, Murtaza, for the help during our stay! We’d love to return on our next trip to Raleigh.
