Our stay at this property was exceptional. Norbert, the host, is kind, welcoming, and very responsive. He takes great care of his property, making sure everything is in perfect condition. The five rooms were exactly as described—spacious, clean, and ideal for our family. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus, especially with children, as it allowed us to keep up with laundry during our stay. Norbert also rented us his car for the two weeks, which was incredibly handy. The car was clean, spacious, and fit our family perfectly, making it easy to explore the area. The fast and reliable internet connection was another highlight, helping the kids stay on top of their homework and allowing us to stream and stay connected without issues. The property felt very secure, with CCTV and two lovely German Shepherd dogs that we adored. Abdul, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful, always available to assist us, even late at night. His kindness made our stay even more comfortable.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft, hätten es aber sicher auch für mehrere Nächte ausgehalten! Isaac war sehr zuvorkommend und war jederzeit erreichbar (auch als wir spät zurückkamen). Wir empfehlen es weiter!

This was a very nice place, quiet and relaxing. It has a great garden for someone who loves nature.I spent a great deal of my time sitting outside enjoying the cool breeze and a nice view . Inside was very homely. Comfortable seats, nice dining area, Clean bathrooms and sizable kitchen. If you love playing piano as I do, this is the place. I will definitely return here.

The plane was a little off the beaten path but was beautiful and Catherine was very receptive and quick to respond.

Such a beautiful house, spacious rooftop and quiet neighborhood. Victoria was such a warm host and very communicative and helpful all through despite our very late night checkin. Alex the caretaker is also such a great and helpful lad. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for other guests looking for a spacious quiet stay.

Our stay at Da Wilderness Home was nothing short of amazing! The beautiful home and gardens provided plenty of space for our large group, making it the perfect retreat. This was our first stay here, and we were absolutely blown away—not only by the incredible location (close to restaurants and supermarkets) but also by the exceptional hospitality from our host. They truly went above and beyond in every way! Our organization makes an annual trip to Uganda, and after this experience, we know exactly where we’ll be staying in the future. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Dr Stella’s. Fun weekend get Away from Kampala in a home filled with lots of character. house staff made it super easy to check in and out and were very friendly. We loved the funky bus, old VW car, and the vibe of the pool. Thanks for a great stay!
