Spacious and nicely furnished place. Kitchen had everything you need, even for an extended stay. Although located on a street that is busy during the day, it is very quiet at night. Very tidy and clean. Window ACs worked well. Proactive communication with Sarah, clear instructions and easy check in.

I highly recommend this property, “Mariner’s Loft” on the historic Main Street of Belfast! Beautifully restored space from which to hike up the rail-trail, explore the waterfront, shops, restaurants, as well as a great food co-op around the corner, accessing great food to cook in the well laid out kitchen for an “at home” relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere with 2 comfortable sleeping quarters in the heart of town! The price was a bit of a splurge for us, but we found its location and aesthetic comforts well worth it! Note: no designated parking is provided; instead free, though time-limited, street parking in front of the building can be found, with a free 24 hour municipal lot a half block away. Our stay here made for a very delightful two night immersion into the enchanting heart and soul of beautiful Belfast!

The home was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was unexpected but amazing to have everything one needs to cook lobster and a Thanksgiving turkey and fixings! David and Hannah were very responsive, welcoming and kind. What a beautiful location in downtown Belfast, very walkable with lovely views. Highly recommended!

Robert’s place is amazing! If you’re looking for a place to feel at home, while away from home, then this is it! My brother & I are here for work & have stayed several different places so far we enjoyed staying with Robert so much, that we booked for another month.

A very peaceful escape off the main roads! Well kept with great places nearby for coffee and food. Centrally located for enjoyable and scenic drives to places like Acadia, Bar Harbor, Camden, Portland, etc. The space was clean with easy instructions. We were lucky enough to meet Lucy and John and it was a pleasure. Check out their trail to the beach!

The location of this place was amazing, easy to walk into town, quiet area and the views from the windows and deck are just beautiful! Apartment is well stocked and appointed with everything you need, very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Only thing to be aware of as we didn’t realize this but both bathrooms are on the 2nd floor, it was clearly stated on the description this was the case but we missed it. Only a problem if you didn’t like coming downstairs from the bedroom to use the facilities. Hannah was amazing host and was proactive with communication and making sure we knew what we needed to know and suggestions for places to eat locally. Overall a great peaceful place to stay with the best view ever!!

Loved our stay! Ana Luisa was a great host. Loved the special touches like fresh tulips and a generous supply of firewood for the wonderful wood-burning stove! This was a great spot for a mini-writing retreat with friends!

We truly loved our stay! The house was charmingly historic but also well maintained and modernized where it mattered. We loved the coziness of the small town but were still able to easily drive to other destinations throughout our week. We highly recommend!!

Very Clean, very organized, plenty of room. They were very friendly, made us feel at home.

The house is stunning. I stayed here for a work trip. The location and the ambience were perfect to get my work done. I wish I had more time to explore the beach area. But my booking coincided with a lovely snow fall. The house is very cozy. The hosts were very responsive to all of my questions. The interior decor is lovely. And I slept really well on the master bedroom bed. I’d love to know the brand the mattress is. Thank you so much. I look forward to returning on a leisure trip when the weather is warmer. But the snow is absolutely lovely.

This was my second stay at Jeff and Mary’s farmhouse. It just feels like home.

As mentioned before this home was enchanting. My only regret was I didn't reserve for longer. Every room had a view of the sea. We took advantage of that and spent a few evenings sitting at the picnic table dining and BBQing. The most relaxing time we have all had in a very long time. Many thanks Caitlin. We look forward to the next.

The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the house was excellent. I'd recommend this listing to anyone who is visiting Belfast.

This was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in and are already planning our return trip! It’s not often that a place can be perfect for all ages. We travelled with small kids up to grandparents and everyone had a blast. The home was cozy and felt like a home away from home. We stayed for a week in early October and the forest/weather was perfect! Used both fireplaces + outside fire - lots of kindling and firewood. Trails were well marked and perfect for the family. The cove is gorgeous and so private. Lots of stars wildlife and beauty all around. Also the kitchen is so well stocked - even had a rolling pin for chicken pot pie! :) Very remote but lots of fun restaurants and markets not too far. The area and location are really what makes this place so very special. Love, love, love!
