Roger and Chris were the ultimate hosts. There were very responsive to my questions. We were even lucky to be able to meet them in person and they are just the sweetest folks. I felt like they were just a part of our family and they were wonderful. If I could adopt them as family, I definitely would. If you want a absolutely beautiful location on the Oregon coast to stay, this is definitely a great find. You can't go wrong.

This is a really cool house in a really beautiful neighborhood, and just a short walk to the beach. We immediately felt very welcome by Matthew’s correspondence and proactive communication. Then, once in the house, it was comfortably furnished, tall ceilings. And just very cozy. Our kids enjoyed playing in the park across the street, and of course the nearby beach. There were 7 of us total, and the house was just right. The drive down to Newport really isn’t that far, and is beautiful in itself. We appreciated the quality of the home, place and Matthew’s responsiveness. We would happily rebook, and recommend.

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the Dolphin house. Our kids, 8 and 5, loved the toys available to play with both inside and outside. The small, sandy area at the front of the house was the perfect place for them to play with the beach toys provided. Do bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. It says it is not included and they mean it.

It was a great little place to stay. Neighborhood was cute and safe. We will return. We would love to come back in the summer and use the pool.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

House was as advertised. Had a great time with the family. Close to the ocean and other amenities. Would stay again.

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

Fantastic rental home with some of the best ocean views we’ve ever seen! The home is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Our kids loved the game tables and amazing theatre room. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great location to the Ocean, easy access from driveway. Great views overall. It was nice to leave the firewood for the fireplace, and it was easy to pick up more from the Market in town. The Kitchen was really accessible, and easy to use. Some of the people in my group were not a fan of the 2 steps go get from the kitchen/living room area up to the dining room area and premium view of the Ocean. But, for most people it was not a problem. The TV’s were nice and easy to use as well. Great place overall!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We took a vacation with our 3 of our kids and 3 grandchildren (11 total). The house was plenty big enough, each family had a master bathroom to themselves, there was plenty of "spaces" to hang out in and relax. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house is absolutely beautiful, well cared for, and in a great location to the beach! Just have to cross the street...it's that close! I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a larger group as there is ample space. Was very appreciative of all the "household" items that were available as well. Most places don't supply so much stuff and it really felt like home. (Just bigger!) We will definitely look for availability in this home for a future use.

Super cozy and comfortable space right across from the water! Amazing views and comfortable beds. Great spot on the beach and near town. Great extras in the home!

The house is super nice, very well equipped, comfortable beds, and a fantastic view. It is right on Hwy 101, so we expected some road noise, but it was quite a bit more than expected. It did not impact our stay, and again, the house is great, but the traffic noise should be kept in mind.

We had a wonderful time, the beach access is unmatched, endless entertainment for the kids. Compared to most airbnb’s, very clean, comfortable beds, and also appreciated the amenities. Host was nice enough to accommodate check in time too. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend!

Great location in the Nye Beach Neighborhood. Plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. This is our second time staying here and enjoy the location. The spacious kitchen also allows for family dinners and we like to take advantage of the outside grill.

The host was very accommodating with check in. we had a very private place to relax. The Hobbit trail was a fun adventure. It was the perfect place to disconnect and spend time with my family.

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

Very cute little house in a great location. Nice kitchen, which I used, and an awesome shower in the master bath. The host was very friendly and very helpful as I found most of the locals to be. There is a small duplex in the rear that shares the driveway but it wasn’t an issue…I just didn’t recall it in the description. Overall, a great experience and, yes, I would definitely stay here again!

Brianne was so responsive and accommodating. The house was cozy and comfortable and had all of the comforts of home. We woke up to a family of deer right outside the window. The view was spectacular. Our dogs were welcome and that was the most important thing for us. The local restaurants were so good. It was an awesome trip and we plan to return.

Cindy's place was absolutely worth every dollar. Very clean, close to the beach, deer in the yard that seemed to enjoy our campfire. Its a beautiful house right next to the beach and right by downtown lincoln city and chinook winds casino
