家族４人で４日間滞在しましたが、設備・環境・空間が快適で、市内観光から戻ると自宅のようにくつろぐことができました。 ホストが親切・フレンドリーで、質問への回答が早く、依頼にも柔軟に対応してくれました。

This is the most gorgeous and spacious Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and the perfect place to spend New Year’s Eve in Vienna. The location is quiet but central enough to walk to the old town center. Ysabel is a 5-star host, communicated well, and provided us with very detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Me encantó el lugar!! Y la anfitriona se comunicó conmigo en todo momento y también hizo buenas recomendaciónes de lugares para comer en la vuelta. Totalmente recomendable! Si vuelvo a Viena volveria a alojarme ahí.

The check-in felt a little like an escape room, but we managed after a few minutes in the dark (it was 4pm in winter after all). The place is spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, with enough space for our ski luggages. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Octo provided basic grocery like cereals, coffee and cooking oil which is very much appreciated. The only drawback was the strange shrimp-like odour emanating from the shower room when the venting fan was turned on. Octo was helpful, but as it was Christmas we decided to just keep the vent off, and the repairmen to come until after check out. I hope the issue gets resolved before the next tenant. Despite that small issue, all in all a very happy stay.

It was convenient because there were many shops and restaurants nearby. The interior, kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine were all great

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Wien. Tolle Anbindung mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Ulli & Günther waren super freundlich und stets sofort erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Very clean and cozy. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Vienna but here as it has everything nearby. Definitely worth the money.

La ubicación nos gustó, a poca distancia cruzando un puente está el Metro y el tranvía, además de un supermercado. En entorno es agradable, se ve mucha gente paseando y haciendo deporte junto al río. El departamento tiene un estilo clásico que va bien con el estilo de Viena. El espacio del departamento nos encanto. Muy recomendable

Convenient location, very close to the Schönbrunn palace and public transport station, so it's easy to get around Vienna. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host is helpful and responsive. We were satisfied and would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Christian's apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable. The local area is great - little places to eat, supermarkets and a terrific op shop. Close to public transport but also walkable to the centre of town. Thank you so much for hosting us Christian.

Die Unterkunft war optimal. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche war super Ausgestattet und der Parkplatz war optimal. Gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen, von der Anreise mit Bus und Bahn rate ich ab (habe kein einziges Öffentliches Verkehrsmittel gesehen). Ideal als Rückzugsort um der Großstadt zu entfliehen. Boris war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation lief wie man es sich wünscht ab. Immer ein Besuch wert!!

Sehr zufrieden! Wir waren ein paar Tage mit meiner Hündin bei Beate und können nur positives berichten. Es war alles wie angegeben,sauber und süß eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten wunderbar abschalten,der abgetrennte Gartenteil war für meine Hündin die sich nicht so gut mit anderen Hunden versteht echt super und sie hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Die vorhandene Teeküche und der kleine Kühlschrank hat für unsere Bedürfnisse aufjedenfall ausgereicht,wer jeden Tag groß kochen möchte für den wird's eher schwierig. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist und auch das hat super funktioniert, zu beachten ist nur das man sich in einem kleinen Ort befindet wo nicht alle 10 Minuten ein Bus kommt. Wen das nicht stört,der ist hier genau richtig. Zusammengefasst bedanken wir uns bei Beate für die schöne Zeit und freuen uns aufs nächste Mal! Liebe Grüße

Linda is very friendly and helpful. The place is amazing located in the city a few minutes walking from the Metro station, restaurants and shops. The place is very spacious and modern. I highly recommend it.

Ruhiges helles Apartment ohne Lift, Bad mit Jacuzzi

L’appartamento è ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista: spazio, accessori etc. Slavisa è un host attento alle necessità degli ospiti e molto disponibile. La zona ha tutto quello che serve (market e negozi) e i mezzi pubblici sono a 2 minuti a piedi e con quelli in 15 minuti vai e torni dal centro di Vienna. La scelta di questo appartamento è stata veramente perfetta.

The apartment was beautiful! It was better than expected. I was with my husband and another couple and had a fantastic stay. The place had plenty of room, it was clean with a cosy atmosphere. The hosts were very very friendly and communicative, they also responded really quickly, so thank you to them.
