Waldviertel : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles, was wir besichtigen wollten, war fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lenka ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat.

Das airbnb war in top Zustand, alles war wie beschrieben/ in den Fotos und sehr sauber. David war super freundlich und hat immer direkt geantwortet. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

This apartment is a lot nicer, cosier and larger than shown in the photos. It has a 70s and 80s feel, the wooden floors are lovely, there are happy house plants and a gorgeous view from the large windows. The balcony looks over the quaint roofs and parkland of the town as well as distant mountains. The couches and beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom is cute and there is thoughtful lighting throughout. A huge plus was that our host provided generous quantities of bath towels, dish towels and plenty of drying racks. There were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry basics. This really contributed to a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which we partly solved by keeping the bathroom window ajar and the bathroom door shut. Also the toilet pedestal was wobbly. The location is minutes from the train station and the town centre, but is nevertheless beautifully peaceful. Would stay again.

Very nice experience. The apartment is located in a very quiete area (perfect to relax) but still pretty close to the city center. Horst has been an excellent Host and even came to introduce himself personally. Definitely a good choice for my next visit to Baden.

We had a great stay at Tina's apartment. Very clean and bed was comfy. Neighborhood was quiet and easy access to subway only a 10 min walk. There is a great bakery just a few steps away as well some great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with the stay for 4 nights. Easy to get to Vienna westbahnhof in just 15 minutes (18min walk from apartment), cost EUR 1,90. Many hiking options in the area and some restaurants. Good view from the balcony and a nice loft apartment.

Everything went perfectly! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Sabine sehr genossen. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos - es ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet - wir würden hier sofort einziehen. Es bietet sehr viel Platz (wir sind zu viert) und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gefrühstückt haben wir - bei Sonnenschein - im Garten. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was wir besonders genossen haben. Es war sehr sauber! Sabine war flexibel beim check-in und die Kommunikation war super. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und haben es sehr bedauert, dass wir nur für ein Wochenende da waren. Wir kommen jedoch sehr gerne wieder :-)

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 15 Personen für ein Wochenende bei Andrea im Haus. wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und das Haus ist wunderschön. Die kommunikation war auch super. In der Gegend kann man sehr schön spazieren gehen, besonders ein Ausflug zum Stift Göttweig lohnt sich sehr. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder her kommen

The place is great to stay peaceful in Wein. It takes about 1 hour by public transportation (56A bus + U4 subway) to reach the State Opera.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Ein super idyllisches Landhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage mitten in der Waldviertler Natur. Wir waren zu siebt in dem Haus fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumiger, als es von außen wirkt. 100 % Empfehlung.

Ruhige Lage, perfekt mit Hund im angrenzenden Wald.

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. Josefine is a very obliging host and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you Josefine 😃

Nagyon jól felszerelt konyha, minden megvolt a lakásban, amire csak szükségünk lehetett. A házigazda kedves, ajánlott éttermeket, látnivalókat, eljött értünk az állomáshoz is autóval, 2 kulcsot is kaptunk a lakáshoz.

Séjour agréable. Chouette appartement et Vienne est accessible en bus et en train.

Moderní ubytování, vše čisté. Jedinou nevýhodou byla hlavní silnice která je docela frekventovaná. Vzdálenost do centra za 15 minut pomalé chůze takže super. Kdyz pojedeme do Krumlova tak určitě využijeme znovu.

My experience at Edit and Dieters beautiful apartment was a total delight from start to finish. It is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet, but well connected, suburb of Vienna. Think classy, slightly faded opulence which draws you in and immediately feels like home. The interior decoration was beautifully simple and yet we wanted for nothing. Edit and Dieter were very responsive but allowed us to enjoy our stay without over involved patrons. They are fountains of information if you ask but won't dominate you. I would love to come back one day when the carpet of Spring flowers are fully opened and the trees in full leaf. Look out for the pair of little black squirrels which play in the pine trees, they are gorgeous. I really hope the stars align for a revisit in the not too distant future.

Johanna und Karl waren die besten Gastgeber:innen, die man sich vorstellen kann: Hilfsbereit, freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie haben uns einen besonderen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Das Apartment war gemütlich, warm, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Mit der Infrastrktur rundherum (Bahnhof, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) benötigt man auch nicht unbedingt ein Auto. Also alles super und eine wärmste Empfehlung!

nice and peaceful garden apartment, away from hectic Vienna but still 20 minutes away by train. Train station is 5 minutes away with 4 trains per hour for either directions to Vienna or St Polten. Hector and Sarah was really nice and accommodating, they asked me in advance what kind of bed arrangements needed for our family. Furthermore, they have two amazing and super friendly big dogs (Alaskan malamute and Siberian Husky) which really made us feel like home. would've booked more nights if we knew about the dogs. I recommend Hector and Sarah's for anyone looking for peaceful accommodation near Vienna, especially if you're a dog person.
