Property at mount martha is incredible! absolutely stunning views of the bay with exceptional pool area whixh has further bay views. pool is marked not heated but was like a warm bath during our entire stay which was in late jan when temp were 24-30+ degrees. could swim early morn and at night with pool being so warm. absolute luxury and quality finishes throughout the home. heaps of excess pool towels in laundry in addition to bathroom towels. several bedrooms including bathroom at ground level if taking older or younger family members. ridiculous amounts of storage areas the bed linen was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. driving up the hill with the waterviews to get to the property coming back from day trips was a real treat. host very friendly and responsive touching base at diff times to make sure we were enjoying our stay

Had an amazing time at this gorgeous house in phillip island! Loved every second and the amenities were amazing. Very close to town also, only downside your surrounded by houses on everyside (in the suburbs) but stick trip to town so overall great place would recommend!

I recently stayed at this amazing accommodation in San Remo, and I can't recommend it enough! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning beach and local shops. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking views from our balcony. We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The bedroom layout was well thought out, providing plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere. And most importantly, the view is incredible as you can overlook the ocean and even the Melbourne CBD. The host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again in the future!

There is an abundance of kitchen supplies and utensils, books and board games all free to use, making it feel very homely. The outdoor bbq and entertaining area is amazing! We would like to thank Michael for his flexibility with check in and check out during our visit. Michael was extremely accommodating with requests. Our accommodation was just like in the photos and our boys had the best time there and we look forward to returning next year.

I spoke with Marina and Greg. The house was spotless, the backyard was lovely, the barbecue area was clean and we could cook and unwind there, the bedrooms were lovely, and the bathrooms were immaculate. It felt like home. The sandy point grocery shop is about 700 meters from the house, and it was around a 900-meter walk from the villa to the beach. The Wilson Propmtory was a simple one-hour trip from here. All in all, I had an amazing experience. Greg, thank you for allowing us to stay. We created a ton of memories there. Again, thank you so much😊

We've actually gotten this place a couple times before because it is literally that good - and we plan on returning here and not even really considering anywhere else in the area. Steve was attentive, communicated well, and made us feel at home. The place itself - cannot put into words. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Waking up to that view - I've never experienced anything like it. We will be back!
