Second trip to CeCe’s point and had another great trip. Particularly enjoyed swimming off the dock during the sunsets afforded by the unbeatable location.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this sweet little cabin. We always have a great time and make wonderful memories. It is exactly as stated in the listing. Lee is an exceptional host and very responsive. We will be repeat guests for sure 🤗🤗

This property was by far one of the best properties I have rented. The area it is located is very peaceful. The view out the front is very relaxing and the house was spotless. If we are back in the area, this will be our first choice! From a very Happy renter! Gigi

it's a beautiful, peaceful place. we are already planning on going again! my only recommendation is to have some throws in the living room, it's a perfect place for snuggling!

Great views in a quiet section of the lake and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Joseph was very responsive and accommodating.

This is the second time we have stayed at Dale's home, and it is always such a great time. The home offers lots of space and room for any larger group gatherings. Communication is always prompt and any issues are resolved very quickly. This home is an easy 5 star review!

A peaceful and quiet place for a restful get away…one of the most beautiful views on Smith Lake. Lynn was very responsive and provided all information needed prior to check-in.

Jim was so flexible. At first I thought i was going to get there early on friday so I wrote him if I could check in early. He said I could be there at noon. We did not end up leaving texas until friday evening so we arrived around 10 am on saturday. The place looked so amazing I still wanted to stay an extra day anyway, I asked if I could add an extra day to my stay since we missed the friday (of course we meant to pay) and he said we definitely could and since we missed friday we could stay the extra day for free! I intended to pay but he said it was fine! Then he walked my kids and I through the main property. The deck, the boathouse, the lake! Wow!!!! It was so beautiful and peaceful! It was like a scene from a movie. Jim offered up sodas and waters and told us if we needed any we can get some at anytime. Walked us inside the main house and said we could get coffee and overall a great and kind host. While out he was messaging me on the AirBNB app to suggest places to visit! 🙌🏼

Perfect getaway in a picturesque spot in the woods! The cabin is gorgeous—spacious, clean, with all amenities you could want. We enjoyed cooking, playing games, hiking in the area and on the property itself, and spending a lot of time on the lovely spacious porch watching the birds and lounging. Maggie was so wonderful—gave us a lot of really useful information about the area, and responded right away to all our queries. Hope to make it back to this special spot sometime in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family's stay at Cottages # 1 and # 2. It was beautiful and peaceful. What a gorgeous setting! We were able to access the docks and rented a boat which we kept there overnight. As others have mentioned, there are 130 steps down to the dock from Cottage 1. Cottage 2's path to the other deck had less steps but you also have to walk on a rocky trail. Cottage 2's deck is covered. The only other issue at Cottage 1 was the steeper / gravel driveway, which has also been mentioned in a review. Cottage 2's driveway was level. It was okay for us because we had a truck with 4WD. We parked the sedan further up the hill. We didn't mind the walk to Cottage 1 or between the cottages, but an elderly person might. Otherwise, these 2 cottages were in a picture-perfect setting and we had great time there with our families, babies and dogs! Thank you!

Tim and his family were great host communicated each evening to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. Lived on the lake for 15 years before relocating to Florida. And will definitely be booking another stay with Tim.

Great location! We were able to boat to both Trident and Duncan Bridge Marinas. The views were gorgeous. Very quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and perfect for 6 adults (3 couples). Of note there were only 2.5 baths not 3.5 as listed. The two queen rooms share a Jack n’ Jill bathroom.

The place has a beautiful view and is in a quiet area. Our dogs loved the fenced-in yard! It was also super clean on the inside. Renell was super responsive and helpful in her communications!
