The cottage was very cozy and had everything you need for an overnight stay. We enjoyed our time at the cottage!

We loved our stay at Joe & Brian’s tiny house! Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. Know that the two beds are in lofts on either side of the tiny house, one reachable by stairs and one reachable by ladder. Shower and kitchen were both larger than expected. Be advised if you plan to grill, you need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. We were going to go out and buy some but the wind chill had it feeling like it was in the 20s so we decided to cook inside instead. The oven works but it’s not great and doesn’t get super hot if you plan to do a lot of cooking (which I wouldn’t advise, took us an hour to roast vegetables). No issues with anything though, just be aware. We loved our stay!

It was such a lovely cabin, it is located in a cute mountain top neighborhood. We spent a majority of our time in Chattanooga, it’s a quick 20 min drive to downtown. Lori is extremely responsive, the cabin is adorable, and we had a great time. Only downside I felt the need to share is you do not have the whole cabin to yourself as anticipated. It is split with the owner so if you are uncomfortable sharing a house with someone else I’d suggest looking elsewhere. We had no issue with it, just the only thing we didn’t know until after booking so wanted to share for others who might care.

Blue Ivy is a perfect spot if you want to get away to nature while also wanting to have access to the best of city life. The house is 100 yards away from the entrance to a national park which offers some amazing trails. The house provides peace and quiet while making you feel like you are away from it all. But you are actually only 5 minutes away from the cool St. Elmo neighborhood at the base of the mountain. Our meal in St. Elmo at Little Coyote was one of our favorites of the last couple years - excellent service, nice vibe, an imported tortilla making machine, unusual and delicious cocktails, and food that blew our minds - get the collards! Just go! Mad Night Brewing is a small brewery charmingly tucked into the back of a building in St. Elmo. If you like pale ales, you gotta stop by Mad Knight Brewing to try theirs- great staff, friendly locals, unpretentious spot with great beer. Blue Ivy is perfectly situated to give you the best of both worlds. I highly recommend it.

Grant was so friendly and welcoming and gave us a fabulous run down of the area and all the beautiful spots to explore. The waterfall was breathtaking. We would definitely return!

Let me start by saying, the cabin was incredible. Felt like stepping back in time. Very well done. Our host even dropped off fresh baked cinnamon rolls and cake for us. Excellent surprise. Now the rest of the story… My wife and I chose this location to escape from the storms in mid TN. Weather reports looked decent. 1:00 in the morning we were woke up to tornado warnings and then it hit. Horrible experience and terrifying to be in a strange place during a tornado but, the cabin survived and kept us safe. Cindy the host was in immediate contact with us making sure we were safe and her husband came in person to check on us. Our terrible experience has nothing to do with the property or the host, both were beyond fantastic and for that alone deserve your business. We will definitely be back hopefully when the weather is better. Thank you Cindy for being a caring and wonderful person. Mostly thankful for the cabin that did its job and kept my wife and I safe.

Grant and Becky were amazing hosts! I was a solo traveler and they made me feel welcome, safe, and they had some great recommendations on local restaurants!! Staying in the eco cabin was great! Had everything I needed, the kitchen had spices!(which is so rare in vacation rentals) Their property is GORGEOUS. I wasn't able to adventure out as much as I wanted due to hurting my ankle though! Even through that, Grant and Becky were great! They let me know if I needed anything they were more than happy to help! I do plan on visiting and staying again!

My first stay in a Grant Summit cabin. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed it! A quaint beautiful cabin. It had everything us girls (grandmother, daughter in law and teen granddaughter) needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the cabin location was on an end which happened to be where the hot tub sat making it more private. So happy! Loved the esthetic decor, spectacular views and tranquillity! I will be a repeat vacationer.

It was a good gateway. We enjoyed ourselves and the host replied every text as soon as we checked in!

Such a peaceful stay! There are so many thoughtful touches to the Birdhouse. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

My youngest son and I enjoyed a few days in nature - building a fire, sitting under the stars, and hiking the trails. Deer Lick Falls is stunning, and the intermediate hike by the creek is beautiful and invigorating. This unit is two lots away from the trailhead, which was our main reason for choosing it. We spent quite a bit of time on the inviting deck in beautiful weather. The cushions not under the covered area were weathered (could use cleaning/a cover) but still comfortable. The accommodations were satisfactory and included the necessary basics. The property had sweet, welcoming touches. I would suggest a bit of updating/maintenance, but nothing that deterred our stay. I would recommend bringing paper plates as these units (floorplans) don't have dishwashers if you prefer convenience.

Honestly I’m just as speechless as my mom was when I showed her where my fiancée and I were staying, even after the whole experience was over. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for using your energy, time and resources to provide such a beautiful experience for people looking for a peaceful escape from this fast world we live in. I recommend this stay to all. You will not regret it!

If you are looking for a serene getaway, look no further! The design is excellent. All the windows are facing a quiet forested land, giving you full privacy and a lovely view. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a full meal. We loved the place so much that we ended up staying in a lot more than we normally would. We slept very well too (the bed is great!), and the shower is a dream. This small house is a real gem!

Our stay was amazing. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind and relax then this place is perfect. We enjoyed the horn and patio deck to really just breathe.

My family and I booked this tiny home for the weekend and absolutely loved it! The hiking trails were 100 yards away, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this place. We brought our 5 year old and 2 year old, and all they wanted to do was hike. The waterfall was beautiful, as well as all the other trails that border the creek. The house itself was great! The “upstairs” was great for the kids. It was their “fort.” The main area was also great. Kasidy was a great host, and I would recommend this retreat to anyone. We will be back soon!

We absolutely loved the whitewood!! The location is peaceful, quiet and private. The little lagoon is so cute! The house itself was so clean and had so many amenities - literally everything and more that we needed. The furniture was comfortable and clean linens were available. All the extra little touches were so nice too. The host really made sure to have everything you may need, even including coffee and a white noise machine! Bonus: We will always remember this place and our stay since we got engaged here!!!

My husband and I stayed at Natalie’s place for a long weekend in honor of our baby-moon. It was clean, charming, peaceful, and relaxing. We would definitely go back. We enjoyed reading on the back patio, the access to local hiking trails and I loved soaking in the tub. Natalie was a responsive and friendly host!

We had a wonderful time at Fannie's place. It was peaceful, relaxing and very clean. It felt like we were many, many miles from civilization once we arrived at the tiny home, but we could easily get to stores and restaurants. Hiking to the falls and around Cloudland Canyon was a bit strenuous, but we loved it and were proud that we did it. Thank you to Nina for answering all of my questions in a prompt, friendly fashion!

Kylene was very responsive and helpful!!! We had a very relaxing week and were perfectly located for what we wanted to do, which was hike, relax and see Chattanooga some. We were minutes from Cloudland canyon, lookout mountain/Ruby falls and Chattanooga! As a pilots daughter I LOVED being at the little airport and watching the gliders and meeting the amazing people in the area! The river with the trail was perfect for evening walks! Thank you for a great week Kylene, we would love to visit again!

Absolutely gorgeous place! I randomly needed a getaway and chose The Raven, and it did not disappoint. It was beautiful and quiet, providing the relaxation I needed. Anna was a great host, checking in on us to make sure we were doing well. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind!

We absolutely loved this stay! The location was perfect for us. Close to Rock City and Ruby Falls. We really enjoyed how peaceful it was. Host gives very clear instructions on what to do for check out. Easy process from booking to checking out. Highly recommend this stay!
