Lovely, homely cottage in a great location for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. The Killingworth Castle (cosy local gastropub) is just a 5 min walk away from the property. A perfect base for a long weekend in the country.

Was a lovely few relaxing days for a big birthday. The accommodation was very well furnished and very comfortable - could have spent longer here.

My little family spent a couple nights at this place. We wished we'd stayed a bit longer. The cabin was clean, especially the floor and they had all the essentials you would need to store food and cook a meal. We enjoyed the camp fire and my partner particularly enjoyed the private jacuzzi. We all felt comfortable during our stay and my 3yr old son loved the outdoor toys they had available to use. There was a shed with a vending machine equipped with treats, a freezer for ice cream and a fridge for milk you could pay for either cash/bank transfer as well as indoor games which I found was a nice touch. The app I was forwarded too had a lot of useful info. The getaway was well thought out, instructions were crystal clear, the hosts were accommodating and I would love to visit again perhaps with another family or a group of friends.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful house over the new year with family. Gorgeous part of the world and the house was delightful. We all felt so at home and the house had everything we needed and more! Was so nice to be “off grid” for a few days and just relax. We all fell in love with Hattie and Heidi the two cats who live there too. Would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be returning. Thank you

Great location and property. Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay over the New Year’s Eve period. The property was exactly as described, and Carina was so friendly, proactive, and quick to respond in all our communications. The area is absolutely beautiful, even in the heart of winter, and it’s conveniently close to transportation into London. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a charming little property, I highly recommend this place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. Excellent location, within walking distance of Stow-on-the-Wold village. Super clean and cosy cottage, plenty of space for us, and perfect little garden for the dog. Easily accessible with parking available. David was a very attentive host and responded quickly to our messages. There was a lovely touch made by leaving local chocolates upon our arrival, and fresh milk. Perfect. Highly recommend. Family friendly!

What a gem of a find!! The cottage is quaint & cosy but with all mod cons and lovely comfortable beds & pillows. There was a very generous welcome package, with tea, coffee, sugar, milk & biscuits, not to mention, dishwasher & laundry capsules, washing up liquid, kitchen roll & plenty of toilet rolls and a large tub of logs for the fire. These mighty not seem important but in my experience they are often lacking and they were much appreciated. Alan responsed promptly to a couple of questions I had and we tried out 2 of his restaurant recommendations, which were in the cottage information folder, both of which were lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and don't be put off by the 2nd bedroom being described as 'more suitable for children', it is small but my 21 & 18 yr old daughters managed perfectly in there for a couple of nights. Sarah was a friendly and responsive host. The cottage was beautiful and we were welcomed with fresh milk and Prosecco which was a really lovely touch! The cottage is situated in beautiful surroundings and a 45 minute walk to the gorgeous Burford. We had a fabulous, relaxing New year stay! Thankyou Sarah xx

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brill and this little cottage is a gem, right in the heart of the village. It was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The communications from Christopher and Emma were clear and timely and the joining and checkout instructions were clear and understandable. It’s a beautiful little cottage and we will certainly look to stay again next time we are in Brill.

Fantastic location and a real home from home feel. Beautiful surroundings with fantastic walks and pubs with excellent food along the way. We made good use of the welcoming log burner. For cosy nights in. Our dog loved the early morning walks along river and through fields with the three Barn Owls! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Mary-Ann was so helpful prior to the stay giving recommendations about places to eat. As we were there during a storm, we lost electricity and Mary-Ann went over and above delivering extra blankets, food and hot thermos. She also checked on us in the morning and delivered hot breakfast. Simply amazing, especially when there was nothing she could do about the national electricity outage. We can't wait to come back!

A beautiful cottage in a small village just outside of Oxford. There are plenty of footpaths nearby which was great for the dog, and the study was a lovely place to work. Evie was really helpful and friendly

Hamis & Susie, what great hosts. We loved the cottage. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and so comfortable when the fire was lite. The cottage is in a brilliant location. We stayed with two young kids and a toddler, Hamis & Susie had the house fully catered for them (cots, beds, wooden train set etc). All I can say is our hosts were excellent. We have very clear information & communication from Check in / to check out, they helped us immensely with local food recommendations, local kids attractions & entertainment, added benefits is that the cottage is just a 2 minute short walk into Windsor Great Park. We definitely recommend the gorgeous cottage and we’d definitely will stay again.

Our stay in the private cottage near the Manor House was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful details and high quality touches throughout. The private drive right next to the door made unloading and loading effortless. The cottage itself was stunning beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. We were truly spoilt with luxurious White Company items, M&S products, and so much more. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the Nespresso machine with genuine pods was a fantastic touch. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, with top-quality sheets that made for the best sleep I have had in ages. The living room was private and cozy, complete with a log burner and underfloor heating, making it the perfect place to unwind. The outdoor seating area added to the charm, and hearing the church bells in the background was simply magical. The pictures do not do justice to the true beauty and quality of this cottage.

Lovely little cottage nestled in Chadlington. Lost to do around the village and right in middle of other little towns so not far for travel.

A gorgeous cottage beautifully decorated and with lots of personal touches that made it feel like home. A generous and thoughtful "welcome pack" of delicious goodies. Lovely Cowshed shower gel and hand soap. Extremely comfortable beds. Cosy and warm and we enjoyed the log burner. Beautiful tasteful Christmas tree and decorations.
