Great stay with Niki. Her home is lovely, very clean and modern, and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved the helpful touches, such as spices/kitchen basics (like salt, pepper, foil, etc) that make a brief stay enjoyable without necessitating a huge trip to the store. The numerous places to sit and read (deck, screened porch, comfy living room couch) made for a relaxing stay. We might try to look into booking in-season!

We had a great time at Steve’s place. The location is amazing - it is walkable and so close to the beach and buzzing shops, while it is so quiet and peaceful indoors. It is clean and cozy, with extraordinary views. We had great breakfasts and enjoyed the beautiful sunset in the balcony. Steve provided detailed instructions proactively, which made the check-in and check-out very smooth. Great place for family vocation.

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Amazing Getaway!! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, comfortable beds and all around just a wonderful stay. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay with plenty of room and don’t mind a small commute to Chincoteague.

Bahama- unit 32. We came down this past weekend for Country Calling. We had a large group and this place was perfect! It was full of beds and not super cramped. It was an awesome location to get up to the boards and down to the festival! Marcia was super responsive and helped us with an early check in & late check out! AC was ICE COLD 🙏🏼 we will definitely book with Marcia again!

This place is everything you need and nothing you don't. It's minimal and simple - a true tiny home! But we enjoyed every minute of it. The setting against a wildlife area was amazing, we had great privacy from the other homes in the area, the deck was spacious and the fire pit was perfect. Inside everything was clean and comfortable. The back roads to Assateague were gorgeous! The best part was that we had our dog along for the ride too and it was still an affordable stay. Great value!

Wow! Down By the Bay OCMD was the perfect place for our low-key bachelorette party (11 of us total). Everyone had their own queen bed to sleep in (the one “leftover” was a twin), and having 3.5 bathrooms was so nice. The kitchen had a ton of space; my favorite features were the industrial grade ice maker, enormous freezer, filtered water, and ample plates, flatware, etc. (so we weren’t constantly washing dishes). We also loved how the dining table allowed all of us to sit together and that the same was true for the living room, which had a lovely fireplace. Having private beach access was a plus, too. (Speaking of the beach, the views from the ocean-front bedrooms were INCREDIBLE.) If you’re a bigger group, I would definitely recommend bringing additional toilet paper and paper towels, but that was clearly mentioned in the listing. Vinh was super communicative, so truly, I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our time at Down by the Bay OCMD!

This was our second time staying at Michael's place and wwe enjoyed everything. The place was clean and spacious and everything was as described. It is a private location but close to Ocean City nightlife and restaurants. You can literally walk to Harpoon Hannah's from the house.
