Amazing find, practically new comfortable cabin with long hikes on the property, your own view of the canyon, river, and meadow, a bliss of living in nature with all the comforts (a hot tub is the best thing to have after all those hikes or skiing at Anthony Lakes, we found). Ken is one of the friendliest and hospitable hosts we know, offering additional information, suggestions, and just being super helpful at all times almost instantaneously. The house is very generously stocked up too.

As much as I’d love to gatekeep this home for myself, everyone should know how amazing this place is. We have been to Wallowa Lake quite a few times and this is our favorite pet friendly rental. Lia was a wonderful host and helped make our stay a memorable one. She was very responsive and had the best recommendations for activities, hikes and places to eat around town. The home was clean and spacious (there was more than enough room for my large family), the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to chef it up, the kids area was perfect for my 2 littles, there are 2 large decks that over look the lake and was great for watching the sunrise and hanging out, my kids loved the soaking tubs on the bottom deck and it has its own private dock that is accessible from the home. This lakefront home is truly a magical oasis. If you are looking for a place to disconnect and recharge, this is it!! We will continue to come out year after year.

Location is perfect. Very close to hiking trails, and views of the lake from the hot tub. What else could you ask for? We had an amazing time.

The resort is RUSTIC! However I believe that it also has many updates where it counts. The Hot Spring tubs outside are well maintained and so is the entire hot spring area. The staff were very friendly and social.

The pub staff was amazing and friendly!! The entire atmosphere is so relaxing!!

The cabin was lovely, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beds and blankets were very cozy. The hot tub was a perfect end to the chilly days, it was so nice to be able to relax with the snow around us. Great game and record selection, we played many albums while we sat near the fireplace. Gorgeous area, quiet and peaceful country there, beautiful view of the water out back. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook dinners. Wished we could have stayed longer, and would definitely recommend to others seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

Our stay was fantastic! We had everything we needed, and the host was quick to respond when we had questions. There were amazing mountain views from literally every window in the house, and it was so nice to relax in the hot tub and watch the deer wander around in the snow. We definitely want to come back here again!
