Great house with nice size bedrooms, good social space and amazing location near the sea.

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

Really enjoyed our stay in Yvonne’s property. The flat was pristine, very spacious and the guidebooks and treats really made the difference. My mother and I would definitely return should we need accommodation in Newcastle again - thank you!

Lisa's flat was perfect for our five day stay in Durham - just a 10 minute walk into the city, with easy access to public transport to visit the Beamish Museum and Newcastle. Despite being close to the city, the flat is located in a quiet street, with parking permits provided. On arriving, Lisa's partner Steve was waiting to welcome us and show us the flat and all the facilities. It was nice to have a welcome pack of milk, bread, cereals, etc in the kitchen. The flat itself was immaculately clean, well equipped and very spacious throughout - the photos don't do it justice! The art deco style furniture and decoration, etc. was particulary attractive. Our bed was very comfortable with an excellent shower in the adjacent bathroom. We would certainly hope to stay at the flat again on future visits.

Absolutely incredible stay just what we needed it was quiet and private and peaceful even for a weekend I loved my stay with my partner and sister in law I will definitely be booking here again so comfortable beds to and the shower was amazing and the kitchen just felt like cooking at home thank you so much Stephen for making it feel like home I will definitely be back again from Scotland :)

Clean, tidy and well furnished. Exactly as pictured/ described. Great location for enjoying the nightlife. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Property manger was very friendly and helpful. Took us up to the apartment and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a very comfortable stay. The host was very helpful. The location was perfect for restaurants, shopping and near the town centre and good local transport. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Apartment was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a friend’s place and every last detail was included. Location couldn’t be better and view across the Tyne was spot on. Communication with Nick was exactly how it should be, personal and fully assisting. In fact it felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a blank profile as is the case with others. Michael was a friendly, helpful host and the accommodation was great value for money. The kitchen was well kitted out, the bed was comfy, and bathroom facilities more than satisfactory. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was extremely pleasant with everything that we needed - the radiator in front bedroom wasn’t working initially but Alex had it fixed immediately we reported it As we were visiting our son for a few days we used it just as a base and found it very accommodating It was so useful to have an enclosed back yard for the dog Thank you once again for allowing us to base ourselves there - highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying there xo

We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. This is easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I stay in Airbnb’s. Janny is warm welcoming. And amazing. The beds are comfy close to the city center. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing. Very chill unbelievably nice people but again it’s Newcastle so lol. But now if you want to stay in Newcastle, this is the place that you want to stay trust me!!

Lovely house, beautiful hot tub and gardens! Lovely welcome basket, clear instructions given and the host answered our phone call straight away when we were a bit confused as to which door to enter the property🤣. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at this lovely apartment as my husband had major surgery at the Freeman Hospital and it was located an easy walk to visit regularly throughout the day. It had everything we needed and more. Oliver was a great host, he was very happy to help us from the initial booking. I would definitely recommend this property,

The apartment was well located, close to city centre amenities and bars. Hot tub was switched on for us in advance so was lovely and hot when we wanted to use it! Bedrooms and whole apartment is really well presented and ‘high end’. The hosts had also included milks in the fridge and tea and coffee was also provided. Perfect for the six of us celebrating a birthday together!
