We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Sophie's cottage highly enough. It's in a perfect location for everything you may need, the cottage is beautiful and has every amenity supplied. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We had a wonderful stay

The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore. My friends and I had a wonderful time at Katrina's place. She was very responsive from booking and flexible with our check in when we were running a little late. The house was pristine and we really appreciated the little touches. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Lovely quaint house in the heart of Sandwich. The house is really well kept, with absolutely everything we needed. Location is perfect close to lots of restaurants. Claire was very responsive and super clear about everything. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in south-east Kent.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Wonderful stay, amazing location and comfy base for exploring Margate. This was our first little holiday with our 4 month old and we couldn’t have picked a better spot location wise, the flat itself was well furnished and comfortable, and importantly the bedroom had space for our travel cot. All I would add is be prepared to have to park in the public car park opposite as the on street parking wasn’t possible when arrived! Hosts responded quickly and patiently to any issues - which turned out to not be issues at all!

Antony’s place is a beautifully restored suite of rooms in a Georgian townhouse. Homely, spacious, comfortable, quiet. Welcome instructions were all clear and helpful. Antony was a kind and helpful host. Perfect place.

The flat was full of light in the mornings, and directly above the wonderful Windy Corner cafe, so easy access to breakfast! The location was great, quiet but convenient for the main high street. Spacious and well maintained. The kitchen diner was really comfortable for family times and meals. Rooms were good sizes and had very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive to questions and all information shared was clear making our time very relaxing. I hope we can return again very soon x

Everything was perfect , it lacked for nothing. Loved all the goodies better than any other Airbnb I’ve visited. Loved the nautical theme.

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

The Camber Beach House is such a special place! The house is absolutely stunning, unbelievably homely and has everything you may want or need! The garden is divine, the shared spaces are well organised and exceptionally decorated and the bedrooms are generous and comfortable. It is rare that a stay looks even better in real life than in photos, but everything was exactly as described but even more amazing. We loved exploring the art and finding hilarious gems hidden across all rooms. The host, Jeani, is the kindest person and she proactively send us all details with clear instructions, offered us early check-in and late check-out and made sure to share local recommendations that made our stay even more special. Thank you!

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.

We hebben nog nooit zo'n verzorgde Airbnb gehad! Zo groot, zo mooi... Tip Top in orde! Tot in de details is alles voorzien. Kruiden, keukengerief... Alles is aanwezig! De sauna en de jacuzzi zijn zéker ook een meerwaarde aan het verblijf. Alsook de verwarmde buitenkeuken, en pizza oven! En de omgeving is ook mooi, en heel rustig gelegen! Super dicht bij het strand ook, op enkele minuten wandelen zelfs... De host, Olivia & Pieter, is meegaand, vriendelijk, en bovendien reageren ze ook snel en uitgebreid op berichten. Een echte aanrader!
