Lovely place to stay for a short getaway with our friends and our two toddlers. Beautifully clean with a great sized living space, and easy to get to local attractions. Thanks!

Had a lovely stay at Julie and Steve’s place, the caravan was clean, cosy well equipped and perfectly situated within the campsite. The swimming pool onsite was lovely and warm and at the time we went not too busy. The area and the scenery is lovely with plenty of local walks but also close enough to Manchester and Blackpool to add variety.

Lovely lodge, great to deal with. Would recommend.

Beautiful cottage. Just like the photos. Great hot tub and garden area. Plenty of towels and robes for the hot tub. Ideally situated with 2 lovely pubs within a few minutes walk .

The farmhouse was beautiful, with a gorgeous setting and the hot tub was very relaxing. Will deffinately stay again.

We had a lovely long weekend staying at Seaview cottage. We arrived to a spotlessly clean & warm cottage & the welcome tea, coffee, biscuits & fresh milk was just what we needed after a long journey. The cottage is very cosy & has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen & comfy beds. Although directly on a road it was calm & peaceful as there was very little traffic & we slept really well. We enjoyed some great local walks and really enjoyed our stay. Ruth provided lots of helpful info & was a friendly host.

What a lovely place to stay, the house was beautifully decorated and really clean. Also in an amazing location, it’s an easy walk to the front. The house was stocked with lots of essentials, including kitchen appliances, cutlery, and toilet paper. There was even some food left for us, like milk, bread and cereal. I thought it was really nice that there was the thoughtful addition of items like hair ties, deodorant, and nail files - little things you might forget. There were lots of games to play, and the hot tub was warm for when we got there, which was also really clean. There’s not a proper cover over the hot tub though, so that would be a nice addition if possible so people can use it in poorer weather. Thank you for a lovely stay! :)

my sister & i have just spent the week ar Andrews place. it is a perfect little getaway spot for what we wanted. we arrived early on check in day and Andrew kindly let us know when it was ready so we could get in early. which was brilliant.Thank you! we were so pleasantly surprised how completley private we were, and felt so very safe here! everything was immaculate and we did not need for anything ! the only suggestion I would make is maybe 2 extra towels or take extra towels for hotub ( but that's a personal choice as I like a seperate towel for my shower. we cooked, we watched tele, we chilled, we relaxed and overall was a very lovely stay. thank you very much Andrew would highly recommend and would love to stay again when in Morecambe x

We cannot more highly recommend this beautiful cottage which was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with every amenity required. A peaceful location, a 10 minute walk to Kendal town centre and a short drive to Windermere and other stunning locations.
