Incredible location, excellent communication, very clean and some yummy treats! Everything we hoped for & more.

Great location , walking distance to beach. Have some really nice restraunts just in front of the house. Only thing to suggest to Amy is the bunk beds area becomes very warm without any fan, so maybe something to think about. Also the one bathroom becomes a challenge with more than 4 people :). Rest all was great !!!!

The home was used as a base for 6 weeks work in Albany. It was very relaxing with all the amenities we required to unwind after a full day on-site. We were close to the beach and only 6 minutes from the town centre.

Tim’s apartment is excellent, spacious, well equipped very clean and feels very new. It has all the amenities you could want for a stay in Middleton beach. The living space is comfortable and roomy, the bed is really comfortable, the bathroom is great - huge shower and excellent laundry equipment and the outside space is lovely with comfy chairs and a great gas grill. 10/10 from us.

Great wee place with everything you need for a few days in Albany. A few minutes walk to the beach and great base for exploring the area. The villa was clean and Sue was a friendly and helpful host.

From booking to receiving instructions on how to get in, the process was seamless. Very nice house in a great location.

our stay at Gwens place in Albany was really great. Really nice location close to the beach. The house has all the facilities and have been kept really well. Highly recommended if you want to have some quality time in Albany for holidays.
