Good experience. Everything worked. Great wifi. A quiet road 10mins from Moseley village and 15mins from Kings Heath high st. On road parking but felt secure and had no trouble. Great coffee shops and small independent eateries in both Moseley and Kings Heath so we had a great time. Easy travel to Birmingham’s centre and the new station should be open around the middle of 2025 making it a very easy journey.

What can I say. One if the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Very cosy, communication was on point. Hot tub was fantastic. Well definitely stay again and recommend to others.

What an amazing place, I really could not fault it. Its spacious size, perfectly designed layout and meticulously clean rooms gave us that feeling of being home away from home. Kids had a blast with all the entertainment on offer and the host was super quick to respond to any needs we had. Plenty of street parking available and fantastically located, it really made travelling around so much easier. I will definitely be back here with my family and with such great value for money, I would hands down recommend this place for anyone.

We had a fabulous stay and used it to commute backwards and forwards to NEC during our stay. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and we felt at home which really helped as hard work at NEC. We got out to visit Lichfield which I would recommend . Kyle responded very quickly when I had trouble with the key safe on leaving. We would definitely stay again and hopefully next year providing its not booked!

Faultless. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The host was friendly and responsive when we had an enquiry. Close to the city, Cannon Hill Park with all its attractions and the Balti Triangle. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or visit again.

The house really all in one everything was there with a big kitchen space for hangout while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. Lovely accommodation, Gemma was very attentive to our needs (we required a few things for our young daughter such as a high chair and cot) and quick to answer any queries we had. The place was really tidy and welcoming, and they even supplied a welcome pack for our arrival which I thought was incredibly thoughtful and shows that they're willing to go the extra mile. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were clean. It was great to have so many showers in the accommodation as we could get out of the door quickly in the morning and explore! Overall a lovely holiday home in a stunning location. Would recommend to anyone, especially families.

Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham
