We had a great stay! The hosts were very nice, responsive and flexible. The house was comfortable, very well equipped and in a great location; it was only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. There were lots of thoughtful items around the house that we really appreciated (e.g., chargers for our devices, snacks and coffee, area/food guides, games, beach items, bathroom essentials). There were also some great and friendly neighbors that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return!

My little group had a wonderful stay at Tristan’s property. The space was well maintained and comfortable, and it was close to the attractions we wanted to see. Tristan was a great communicator - proactive and very responsive. Amazing stay!

Kelly was an excellent host. My friend and I were visiting friends in Salem. The house was perfect for our needs in a quiet neighbourhood. We had everything we needed. Clean and Quiet I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Took the whole family here for a winter weekend to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday. The waterfront views were great. The 2 floors allowed us to separate our 1 year old grand daughter from the rest of us (so we could sleep all night!). It was clean, easily large enough for 6 1/2 of us. Only 5-10 min from downtown Newburyport with all its shops and restaurants. Nice kitchen, place was spotless. Frankie stopped by for a few minutes to make sure we were settled in. Took one walk on the beach (it was 20F with wind!). This would be outstanding in better weather. Walked to the "whale skeleton", a wood sculpture that looks like a whale at a distance. We would gladly come again! Thanks for sharing it with us.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Check in and check out were easy. Joanne was easy to reach and quick to respond. Place is in a beautiful location with so many places to eat within walking distance and Hampton Beach 8 minute drive. Joanne’s place was so clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Even though it’s a third floor walk up, the stairs are inside a shared foyer. We never had an issue getting in or up the stairs. The dedicated parking space is an excellent amenity given the few spots on the street were always taken. We had more than enough space with two bedrooms. The skylights in the kitchen and bathroom provided a nice view of the town and sky. The memory foam beds were super comfy. The host went above and beyond to help us with a couple items.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the best neighborhoods in Boston. The place is overstocked with anything you may need for a short or longer stay. The bed is super comfy. The backyard is a great place to hangout. The fireplace is gorgeous. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Jennifer!

This place was a gem! Across from a park, so much space, noise proof, great appliances, comfortable beds! Loved it, and will be back.

Our stay at the Somerville home was really great. Both hosts were lovely and responsive the entire time, and the home was very nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and was spotless. All three bedrooms had the comfiest beds, and don't even get me started on the chair in bedroom C. I could have slept in just that. So incredibly soft. The house was full of charm, and provided a really nice location. Whether you're looking for a home to see the city, or a place to get some work done, you'll find a lovely home with great hosting.

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

We loved our stay at Darryl's place in Gloucester. The apartment was bigger than we expected, spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location was awesome-- right at one end of Main Street, which had lots of great shops and restaurants to explore, and walkable to the beach (even for my young children, as long as we stopped for snacks and browsing along the way). Highly recommend!

The condo was the perfect size for 3 of us in separate rooms and two bathrooms. Condo was very clean, simple with comfortable space and we had everything we needed for the stay. Finding the place in the dark was a little tricky as the numbers are faded but overall 5 stars and I would book again if in the area and listing is available.

This is the second time I have stayed at Lynel’s Brownstone rental. Obviously I like it. The place is so comfortable, has many amenities beyond norm or listed in ABnB and the location is so close to the many unique restaurants and shops in JP.

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.

I spent a month at Louisa's apartment near Central Square in Cambridge. The apartment is a comfortable place to stay. It gets tons of light, and the living room is spacious and comfy. The hardwood floors and painted walls are lovely. The kitchen is not huge, but is well stocked with nice appliances including a microwave, toaster and coffee maker - I used all of these often. The bedroom and bathroom are comfortable too. Lousia was very helpful and communicative. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Central Square T station. There are lots of shops and restaurants on Massachusetts Avenue nearby. There are some down-and-out people (probably homeless and/or addicts) who are always present on Mass Ave a couple of blocks away - you'll walk past them on the way to the T. However they won't bother you if you don't bother them. Overall this is a nice place to say and I'd happily visit again.

Perfect location. The parking space was a huge value and right around the corner from the apartment. Close to great restaurants and historic sites. Ten minute walk to TD Garden. Dror was in constant contact and we had the number of the super that was on site in case anything went wrong.

Staying with Timothy was our first contact with any Airbnb. What a problem for all the rest. His place was amazing, huge and clean. We had our own bedroom and bathroom which was great. Timothy told us about local diners and what to see. It was great meeting him. He is a superhost.

To those who are fortunate enough to come across this listing, I had a wonderful time staying at Anjel's place. Anjel is a very kind and multi-faceted individual. Her place is located in a quiet community and has a very good energy about it, by design. Her kitchen is well equipped to say the least. All the cooking utensils you could possibly need for any concoction. I learned how to make banana bread during my stay and she was kind enough to teach me Nanny's recipe! This setup is ideal for both guests passing through Nashua and extended stays. I highly recommend staying here. Sincerely, Eric

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Excellent place and hosts, highly recommended. Don met us in the place and showed us around and made us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful, extremely well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is great as it's very quiet but also very close to local amenities and the highway.

Silvana is a great host, responsive and friendly. The place in a working class neighborhood but really great inside. when I was visiting initially Silvana was on a trip but she made sure everything was done right for me. Felt home and great value.
