We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

Quant and nice house. Location is great for lexington minute man historical areas and cambridge downtown boaton visits. Use Uber or rent a car if teavelling by air. Highly recommend host and house

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

We spent three days through Christmas in this beautiful post and beam. We wanted to be able to cook all of our meals there as well and the kitchen was well equipped. It had been beautifully decorated for the holidays. We added a few things and enjoyed Christmas eve and Christmas day in this very cozy space. We would definitely come again.

Fantastic stay. So much space inside, and absolutely gorgeous sunset views. Super clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

Charming and cozy. Beautiful art and it feels like home. Anh is a amazing host, responds quickly and she's an absolute sweetheart. I had such a great time staying here and so did my guests. We didn't want to leave lol. I would definitely stay here again. So if you're ever in Rockport make sure to book this fantastic home. You'll enjoy your stay and you'll enjoy the peaceful town.

Wally was so helpful and attentive to our needs. He responded immediately whenever we messaged him. The room was HUGE and just well put together. It was really close to downtown Boston, which was very convenient. We definitely want to come back!

We loved staying at Hipster Basecamp! It was a beautiful space with everything you would need or want. The whole place was immaculately clean, had a super cool design vibe and felt homey. It was one of those Airbnbs that you wished you lived in. The location was also great. I was visiting my daughter at Tufts and we easily walked back and forth, to the T and to other neighborhood stores and restaurants. Christin was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and provided a really useful guide to the home and neighborhood recommendations for just about anything you might want to do. I would highly recommend staying here. I hope I can again!

Great place to stay! Definitely not one of those AirBnb looking places; everything in this place is built for practicality. Steve and Nancy are great hosts who are really considerate and friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

Such a clean and aesthetically pleasing place to stay. I travelled a few states in the past 2 weeks and that was by far the best sleep I’ve had while travelling. Ryan was very easy to communicate with should there be an inquiry. 10/10 recommend

Beautiful apartment. Perfect for family gathering or a romantic get away. Close to transportation, shopping and dining. Quiet peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a good night's sleep. The value is incredible for this stay. We will absolutely be back to stay here.

We had a great stay; there's not much that could have made it better besides warmer weather. The location was good and it was an easy walk to both the BCEC and the subway station. The host was friendly and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

This is my third stay at Anna & Samuel! The house is always very clean, warm and comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and inviting. Anna is always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. She is a sweetheart and takes pleasure and pride in hosting.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!
