Everything was great about this apartment. Very well-kept, thoughtful touches, and even more spacious than the photos convey. The view was incredible and it was great to have the park right across the street. Craig and Julia were friendly and super quick to respond. We definitely plan to return!

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

Stayed overnight on a visit to family in February. Fantastic place for the two of us and our dogs. Excellent walking area even in winter with snow. Thank you!

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

Wonderful apartment with homey and beautiful details

Carol and John’s home is a hidden gem! It is located right on the beach and you can wake up every morning to the most beautiful sight. My husband and I wanted to go away from the weekend but not have to travel too far. This was the perfect place to allow us to relax and unwind for an extended weekend. The hot tub and fire place made everything even better! We’ll certainly be back! :)

It is an unbelievably beautiful location and the place is well-kept. This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to be near nature and the Boston area.

Michael was an AMAZING host and his home was beautiful. The location was amazing, the rooms were so comfortable and he was such a gratuitous host. You can tell he really loves this home and we had such a great time staying there. In addition to Michael being so great the house was stocked with tons of toiletries and all the conveniences of home. We will definitely look to book this home again!

The stay was a lovely combination between relaxing and adventurous. My son thoroughly enjoyed a successful hunt for sea glass, while my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the view in between adventures. Totally zen.

Amazing! When the tide is in you feel as if you’re right over the water - so great! Well stocked kitchen and super clean. A wonderful spot to enjoy the views and get out to local beaches. Loved the hot tub on the deck.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. Property was just as pictured, which I find extremely important. This spot is off the beaten path and quiet with a nice little walking bridge for a stroll. Close enough by car, to all the attractions of Glouchester when your ready to get out and about.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the home fit all of our needs for our trip. The kids loved the tree house themed bunk bed!

We needed a place for our family to stay for a wedding nearby and this was perfect. Lovely scenery, easy to access, had everything we needed.

Hosts proved themselves to be very responsive when an unexpected house issue arose immediately after check-in. Although a solution wasn’t feasible overnight, they got the problem fixed right away the next morning. After that hiccup, our stay was quite lovely. A beautiful location and even though we were there during a cold time of year, the view was still remarkable. The space was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything our group needed to be very comfortable. Would love to stay again during the warmer months!

James was an excellent host for my family and me. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and its beautiful surroundings.

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful private home with a great view of the harbor and walkable to restaurants, groceries, and water taxis. Loved the peacefulness of the place and the privacy it offered. Hosts were consistently kind and helpful. Had a couple small hiccups with dysfunctional internet (fixed the next day after we brought it up, problem was the doing of a previous guest) and their brand new grill had not quite been fully assembled so we pivoted and cooked our steaks inside instead but knowing the hosts I suspect that issue has been fully resolved and won’t be a problem again in the future. They were kind and responsive and we always appreciated that!

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

My parents and I stayed in Jon & Raquel's lovely "Chillavista" for three days, while visiting Gloucester and Manchester-by-the-Sea. The location was convenient and they even provided a guidebook with recommendations of eateries & activities! The house itself was pristine and SO clean. My Mom remarked that she felt "right at home" here. My Dad and I loved the Ms. Pac-Man game in the kitchen area (be careful, it's addictive!) The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, and the living room was a great place to unwind after a long day of walking & sightseeing. Raquel was also super prompt in replying when I had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and love that it felt so much more personal and cozy than a hotel. Highly recommend!

The waterfront view was the cherry on top for this rental. Excellent location and fully stocked condo. Walking distance to restaurants, local grocer, and historic sites like: Paul Revere House, Old North Church, and Copp's Burial Ground. Also, walkable to the hop-on-hop-off trolley tour stop. Bill and Kristy were responsive, and we enjoyed a few of their local recommendations. Also, my husband and our 12-year-old son enjoyed a game of Battleship (located in the condo) while watching the harbor from their seats- BONUS.

This home is in a great location, its literally right on the beach. Taylor was very responsive in answering all my questions and kept in contact to insure everything was ok. Martha's Cafe is 5 minutes down the road, awesome place for breakfast. River National Wildlife Refuge is less than 5 minutes away if you like bird watching. The town of Newburyport is also about 15 minutes away and has numerous places to eat. Mad Martha's Cafe is 5 minutes down the road and is an awesome place for breakfast.
