Snazzy Coconut was exactly as advertised! The home was beautiful and new, and the perfect place for our family of 10. We loved the nice, new feel of the neighborhood, the private pool and the ease of taking the golf cart to the beach each day! We will certainly be back to Miramar Beach and stay at the Snazzy Coconut.

We loved our stay! While we were nestled in a private, serene bungalow with water views, we were a quick walk to beach access and multiple delicious restaurants. The beds were a little less comfortable than we would have liked, but we were so tired we slept great. We really enjoyed having extra stock of dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. We would gladly return!

We loved our stay at Miss Millie’s! The place is as lovely as its photos, feels right out of a magazine…beautiful! The kitchen was stocked incredibly well, the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and our host was kind and communicative. We loved walking to get coffee each morning, being close to festive Seaside and still having this peaceful gem to retreat. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this gorgeous house for our family vacation this past week. The house exceeded our expectations in every way! This was our first time staying in the area and it was absolutely beautiful. Very close walk to the pool and a nice walk to the beach. Great location to bike around and explore Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach and nearby shops! The house is very updated, CLEAN, and has ample space/storage. The third floor hangout area was our favorite part! The firepit was very easy to use and the outdoor bedswing was amazing for mid-day naps! We had minimal “issues” that were resolved quickly and efficiently by Denise with Travel Life Vacations! She was truly amazing and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend choosing this home for your stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Miramar. Would return on future vacations and recommend to friends!

The house is exactly as described. Quiet, private neighborhood. Fit a big group perfectly. Walking distance to just about everywhere and the golf cart is a plus.

2nd time staying at this beautiful condo in the past year. Absolutely love it here. Can’t beat it. Planning on making it my go-to spot.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was exactly as described and even better than pictured, had everything we needed, and was very clean. The condo and the community are equally beautiful! We felt right at home as soon as we got there. Communication with owners was excellent. Perfect for families! It’s on the less busy end of the beach, so not nearly as crowded, with an easy and quick walk to the beach with underground tunnel available if you don’t want to cross the road They have a playground, pool and kiddie pool, sand volleyball court, shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, and tennis court. We enjoyed movie night at the pool Thursday night and they had live music at the pool Tuesday night. We were so relaxed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our family had a very pleasant stay. The only issue we had were the guests above us. It literally felt like the roof was going to cave in with the amount of stomping and running around that was going on. I communicated the issue with the agent in charge and she advised me that they were going to get in touch with the HOA, but the noise continued. Don't use this issue against the establishment though, we understand it could possibly happen frequently, but it might have helped handling it a different way. The villa however was awesome and would definitely book again!

Our stay was absolutely great! Very clean and specious and the amenities were great!

Enjoyed our stay …everything was right there …lovely views from the balcony ..loved the beach recliners and umbrellas … jet ski rental was right there ..no complaints for the price ..definitely recommend

Amazing place to stay! The host was willing to be flexible and also very communicative when I had a question or concern. I would stay here again if I’m back in Florida. Everything was peaceful and private which was another plus. Nothing seemed too far from reach and it was just overall breathing. Took advantage of the patio early in the morning with a cup of coffee and it was heavenly. Loved loved loved it!!!

Mine and my husbands second stay here and it again did not disappoint! We view this now as our home away from home! We plan to return yearly. Very convenient location, short walk to the beach, and nothing tops the pool! Host is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This was an outstanding place. Even though the place is near the road it is very quiet. Walk out the door across the street and set up your beach stuff, quick and easy. This might be the only place I will stay in Miramar, loved it.
