Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

This is our second time staying at this property and is quickly becoming our home away from home. We love how easy it is to get to the beach and the covered terrace for kids and adults to play and entertain when not at the beach. It is a quiet street and has a public beach access very close by for a beach bonfire, which we loved doing this time around. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the gadgets you may need. We can’t recommend it enough!

We really enjoyed staying at Dina and Halph’s townhome recently. Everything was clean and ready for use. We really enjoyed using the grill and enjoyed the outdoor space in the back patio ! This is a great place to bring your pet and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Dina and Halph

She was very responsive and helpful! She was so kind and left many recommendations!! The place was so nice and pretty! It was also very clean! The view from the front was absolutely beautiful!!! Distance from beach wasn’t far at all!!! We hope to be back soon! We loved it and enjoyed it SOO much!!!! The front porch and balcony was our favorite part!!!

Our family stayed at the Anchors Away townhouse in August 2024, and we couldn’t be happier about the house and the location! Very close to the beach, easy to get around, such a peaceful and beautiful location. The house is very big, lit and clean, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Perfect stay. The accommodation was exactly as listed. Perfect location right on the beach. Walkable to 30A restaurants and coffee. Perfect for bringing our small dog. Zac was great with communicating. Our trip was scheduled for the day after hurricane Helene and we were unsure if we would be able to make it there. Zac understanding and flexible in case we had to alter our plans. Fortunately it didn’t impact our trip. Appreciate the set up of beach chairs and umbrellas. That was super helpful. Will definitely return.

Yvette and team were extremely proactive and responsive throughout the stay. Really a steal for the location. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe & peaceful. Very close walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to the big shopping plaza. The setup was great for working. Would definitely stay again!

Lisa responded to me very quickly about any questions I had! She always responded in no longer than 10 minutes. The place honestly was even better in person than it looked in the pictures! The beach was right across the street and super easy road to cross! There were tons of things to do and places to eat around the peaceful property. The balcony added a nice touch in the morning as well!! Will definitely considering booking with her again!

Awesome place with beach front property. Top notch place to go with friends or family. This place is better than picture or description show, very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Panama City.

John was a WONDERFUL host and I HIGHLY recommend staying here! His home was clean, spacious, and extremely nice. John responded quickly at any time of day and was so friendly. Whenever we had a question, John was responsive and there to help. We had a larger group and it fit all 11 of us perfectly. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, the house is in a safe area, and John has a beautiful pool in the backyard. As well, when you check in John provides lists of restaurants and bike rental shops available in the area. His house is extremely clean and has anything you can think of needing: laundry room, large living room space, plenty of bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and more. I cannot recommend this home more, we had a wonderful stay and are so grateful to John for having us!

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. Kitchen has high end 36" gas range, massive island for seating and food prep, lots of efficient cabinet space, oversize counter-depth fridge and large barn style sink. 4 of 5 bedrooms have king beds. All baths are tiled with multi-function showers, and the master has a great tub for a relaxing soak. The master also has a gas fireplace. All floors have screened porches and beverage fridges. Top porch is great for sunrise! Outdoor space is amazing! We enjoyed sitting in front of the wood burning fireplace, relaxing in the pool (which we had them heat--it was wonderful!), and watching sports. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool to relax in the sun. Beach access is a short walk. A parking lot roughly 0.1 miles down the road provides a walking shortcut to the primary beach access. Tranquil setting with quick access to restaurants, etc. Oversee is responsive, informative and friendly. I 100% recommend and can't wait to return.

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

We were here for our daughter’s beach wedding. 8 adults and 7 children. House was perfect for our needs. Everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the house!

We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. Loved the game room. Ideal location with great access to local spots. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We’ve been coming to Destin multiple times a year for a few years now. This is the best place we’ve found and it’s exactly as pictured! Awnna was a very responsive host and even alerted us to a hiccup before we knew there was one and then took care of it immediately. Sea Esta 1 is 5 out of 5 stars! We can’t wait to come back!

It was nice. We noticed the beach chairs were rusty and broken. We didn’t use them but wanted you to know. One sink faucet in master bath needed to be tightened. Windows needed cleaning. Some teflon cookware was chipped and peeling off.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. It was more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were able to cook with everything provided, blender for pina coladas, and very very clean! We enjoyed the games and Mrs Pac-Man so much! The deck and wash station made it convenient for coming on and off the beach without bringing in sand. Beds were comfy and clean. Seating on main floor was more than enough for everyone to hang out together. Huge washer and dryer made it convenient to get more laundry done. Extra large jetted tubs were a HIT for another opportunity to relax. Will definitely visit again!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!
