Returning to our favorite Airbnb beach cottage was just as magical as our first visit. The cozy interior, the yard feel, and easy access to the beach make it a perfect getaway. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail is just right. We love the serene atmosphere and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous stay! Courtney’s place is so clean, free of clutter yet has everything you need - from plenty of beach towels and beach supplies to several blankets to curl up on the couch. The location is fantastic. An easy walk or bike ride to the beach. In fact, we LOVED how she made going to the beach and getting around so easy. We rode the bikes to seaside everyday to avoid the road traffic. Beach access was super easy and she has plenty of chairs, towels and beach toys to use. We are willing to pay extra for a nice clean stay where you really can relax and feel at home. This is it! Highly recommend! She is super responsive as well!

We stayed at the cottage for my friends bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect place for our group! From the bikes, to the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and adorable back porch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond and answer any questions. I would stay here again! It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Lovely little cottage!

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

We absolutely loved the entire home. From being able to bring to our pets, the hot tub, the board games for the kids to the golf cart! The golf cart was so great to be able to load up and go to the beach so easily. The beds were comfy and fans in the rooms was great! The host was great and very responsive. They have truly thought of everything you could need and they provided it. stop thinking about it and book it!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

We had an amazing stay—truly one of our favorites! The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Situated on a peaceful road, it was a fantastic location for hopping between beaches and restaurants with ease. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were such great additions to our stay. The screened-in porch was another highlight—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. Heather went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely comfortable. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The app she provides with all the house details and how everything works was so thoughtful and made everything effortless. This place is a gem, and we can't wait to return!

The house is very nice and clean, it’s in a great neighborhood, and you’re walking distance to the beach …OVERALL THE HOUSE WAS A GREAT HOUSE…..WILL RENT AGAIN….

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

Loved everything about Amy's place. So cute, comfortable & clean. Everything we needed for 2 of us and our pup.. Amy was extremely helpful and responding quickly to all my questions. The location was perfect. So much to do within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, beach, farmers market. We really enjoyed the outdoor live music, food & drinks right at the end of the street. We loved Rosemary Beach and will definitely make it a point to stay at Amy's again.

Amazing cozy place! Would definitely reserve again

This was our second visit here! We love Kelley’s cottage. The golf cart, upstairs loft, & outside area are our favorites. We spend most of our time in the back yard whether it be cooking, relaxing in the hammock, playing with the dogs, or just watching tv. Kelley’s cottage is also clean & cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return for a third visit!

In my wife Tami’s words. As soon as we drove down Cotton Lane we knew we had found our home away from home for the next month. Absolutely stunning setting in Old Florida countryside. The charming cottage was a perfect home base for us & our 2 pups to relax & decompress from the cold Ohio winter. Plenty of trails to explore & it was fun to visit the farm animals. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need to cook up a feast, the front porch was spacious perfect for morning coffee and a good book. Chad was an amazing, friendly host. We explored at least 8 state parks & beaches each unique in their pristine natural beauty. (all within an hour or less of the cottage) We enjoyed hometown diners & food trucks.DeFuniak Springs was a historical charming town with a paved path around the lake. Library was fascinating make sure to visit. It was hard to pack up and come home. Thanks again Chad for sharing your cottage in the woods with us. Tami, Rick, Hazel & Duece 🐶🐶

Our stay at Heather’s place in Santa Rosa Beach was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Heather is an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure comfort for my wife, our 2.5-year-old, and our pets. Traveling full-time can be tough, but her thoughtful touches made this place truly special. We stayed during the holidays, and Heather made it magical with festive Christmas lights that added holiday cheer. The space was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and unwinding after a day of exploring. The location near the beach offered the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility. Heather’s warmth and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend her Airbnb to anyone seeking a memorable stay!

Lovely place with a large yard very well kept and organized inside and out! Our host, Suzanne, was very responsive and proactive with communicating directions and answering any questions we had. Overall we had an excellent stay and a wonderful vacation!

We had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway during the holidays! Thank you to our hosts for offering a place that was peaceful and comfortable inside and out. We loved being steps from the beautiful 30A beaches and nearby store. We also appreciated the backyard seating options to soak up the sun and enjoy views of the lake and fountain. This is a special Airbnb - one of the nicest we have stayed in!

A cozy little place to stay in while visiting PCB. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Living room sofa was moderately comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a small place that is perfectly located to the beach, Thomas Donuts, and the Carousel.

Nice and cozy, very clean new towels, very nice refrigerator with ice maker, plenty of everything needed in the kitchen and everywhere. We enjoyed it!

Perfect location in Seaside. It was a short walk to the main shopping area and the public beach access was right down the street. Perfect accommodations at a reasonable price.

Amazing place to stay! Close enough to the beach and although youre in town it seems very private! Comes with a lot of stuff! More than I thought! Very comfy and felt like home! I would definitely stay at this property again!
