Just amazing, couldn’t ask for any better of an area and never stayed so close to the beach before!

This cottage is in an amazing location--easy walking distance to both the beach and the main square at Rosemary!

My family and I had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, if you want a relaxing and peaceful time. James was great and very responsive.

A great place to stay for a couple. Outstanding beach and access. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and floaty things to use. Store and restaurants are walkable. I recommend this condo very much.

We had the BEST family vacation at James’s place! It was so good we stayed an extra day and will absolutely be back! The kids could go to and from the beach safely as we watched from either patio, we loved walking around the shops and cafes, James has everything you need in the storage closet for the beach and everything was just so convenient. The place was clean and neighbors were friendly. Thanks again James for sharing your space with us, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay in unit 4B at Sticks In The Sand! The unit is exactly as advertised and pictured. It is actually far more spacious than the pictures make it look. The unit was peaceful and clean with an amazing view. You can walk right out the door and you’re on the beach! James was a great host and we cannot wait to book again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was cozy, private, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect balance of simplicity and comfort. The affordability was a huge draw for us and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was also super convenient, giving us easy access to everything we needed during our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Restoration Station is a fantastic place to kick back and relax in what feels like a home away from home. Private outdoor space with covered dining area nestled on a quiet street makes for a wonderful area to hang out. The beach is a stones throw away, and the location made it easy to claim a sandy spot to watch the waves roll in without feeling crowded at all! Great location with shops and entertainment a short drive in any direction. We recommend this to anyone looking for a PCB getaway.

Oksana was a very friendly and welcoming host to me and the people I was staying with. The place was very clean and she even allowed us to check in earlier than the 4:00 check in time. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and her house was very reflective of that. We are all very appreciative and happy that this was the place we decided to rent out!

Sandy was perhaps the most amazing host I've ever had the opportunity of meeting yet. By herself... she has set the bar high for other hosts to follow and the bar is high. I really enjoyed the time I spent at her Airbnb listing and getting to know her. She's a really great person. The Airbnb was awesome. Set near a huge lake and big backyard... I was always relaxed and never bored. The place is close enough where you're never far from the beach and great food. If it was available... I would easily select this Airbnb again the next time I'm in Panama City Beach because it's a great find!

Janine was ahead with information prior to our arrival, with information on things to do, and instructions prior to our departure. The place was clean, homey, loved the nespresso machine! and the bedsheets were so soft. I would definitely stay here again. Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach is only a few minutes away. There are several food spots nearby with great food. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Janine.

We loved our first vacation to the area and staying here so much that we had to go back! Beautiful, peaceful, and ideally-located are just a few ways we would describe this Airbnb. Connie is truly kind and genuine, and I would feel good sending my most loved friends or family members to stay in her place. I love that we don't have to worry about stopping to pick up toilet paper or laundry detergent when first arriving. Although I was happy to come home after our trip, I do miss the heavenly bed and bedding in the bedroom of this home. I even took a picture of the tags on some of the pillows and bedding before leaving. If we are fortunate enough to have another vacation in the area, it would feel wrong to go anywhere else. After all, we've already found our home away from home. P.S. My son loves catching and photographing all of the different lizards and frogs each day. He is always able to find something to do, even while we are relaxing at the Airbnb.

Great clean place that's walkable to the beach. Valentina was very responsive and helpful. The backyard is actually bigger than how it appears in the photos, so it was great for the dogs. I would recommend and will be returning next year!

Chuck’s place is literally in the perfect location! Quiet but close to everything! The beach is a short walk and the canoe was perfect for exploring the lake! We will definitely be back!!! The view from the top deck is beautiful and very peaceful! Wonderful visit!!

Super cute house with a ton of couches! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals while we were there. Location was fantastic! A 2 minute walk to the beach every morning, and walkable to the grocery store and the donut shop too. We had a minor problem with the door lock when we first got there, but I messaged Patty and she replied immediately, and we figured it out. No other issues. Great beach stay!

This was our first time using an air b&b and we couldn't have picked a better host then Holly. She was responsive, very clear on instructions, and made the stay a home away from home. We absolutely would book with Holly again! We were in walking distance of the beach and restaurants and a short drive from the boardwalk. Thanks Holly for such a wonderful vacation! -The Morgans
