Amazing, it was the perfect place to stay for a family celebration. The house was modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped with lots of space to accommodate everyone. Antonina was lovely and very responsive to any questions we had and we would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Antonina

We had a lovely stay. The caravan was perfect and the beds super comfortable. The view was beautiful,the pictures dont do it justice. We were lucky with the weaher,it was lovely sitting on the decking in the beautiful Autum sunshine. Just wish we stayed longer. Thank you.

Very comfortable, well equipped caravan. Travel cot easy to put in largest bedroom. Good amenities, bonus of small bath ideal for babies. Lovely decking area which catches the sun and clear easy instructions for access. Will be booking again!

Thank you so much for being a great host . It is a very special place. Homemade jam and bread in the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Nayland village was a great base to explore the coast and countryside. Easy to access to river for paddle boarding and fishing , with a great pub serving good food right on the river.Hopefully we will be able to return soon . Thanks again to your wonderful mum for the lift to our car.

What made our stay so great was the communication we had with Daisy. There were a few snags, parking, getting in the complex late at night without a key code, heating and water didn’t work the first day and the light in the kids room didn’t work. That said, she was incredibly helpful and polite. All sorted quick as a flash. Very clean, free WiFi, all you needed for a nice weekend break. Would 100% go again and recommend to any family. We’re a family of 5 and it was …..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!! Thankyou Daisy! 💙

A truly wonderful house, with a real sense of history from the moment Patsie greeted us and showed us around. There are so many interesting things to look at in the house. The village is beautiful and has a pub with delicious food just 3 minutes walk away. We are already hoping to go back again

What a pleasant and lovely place to stay for a week. Very clear instructions on how to get in etc, also was very very clean. Very well equipped with everything you need for an easy stay. Very spacious and was exactly what I needed to have my kids for christmas

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property which was in pristine condition. Very close to the university which was exactly what we needed for this visit. The free parking space round the back was super convenient. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and some luxuries too - a nice surprise. We'd like to thank our hosts for having the property ready for us in such a welcoming way. This was definitely one of the best places we've stayed at in Colchester in this price range, with lovely hosts too. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Here for the 2nd time. The home is in a perfect location for exploring Colchester, the town centre is a 10 minute walk, and for visiting family and friends as the local public transport and main roads are easy to get to. We were looking forward to a beautifully clean home with comfortable beds and furniture and that is exactly what we got. Perfect. This time we also found a really great cafe a 2 minute walk away towards the town centre which was great for breakfast. We will return for sure.

Our operatives enjoyed their stay at Andy's place, we extended our stay beyond the original term. Great host, great communication, would recommend.

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Although it is a small cottage it is well equipped . We stayed for a month and felt thoroughly at home. There was plenty of room for two of us. There is a small area to sit directly outside the cottage which is quite private and is in the sun all day. It was useful to have our own parking space. All the neighbours are friendly and we were able to walk to local restaurants and pubs. It is also well served with direct trains to London and a very regular bus service to local places. Lainie checked to make sure we were settled in and assured us that she was available if needed. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Great place to stay with everything we needed. Good location and lots of nice walks to an amazing park. Beautiful well equipped kitchen and very comfortable accommodation.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

Couldn’t fault this Airbnb, beautifully decorated throughout, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Great sharp knives. Even had a thoughtful welcome pack when we arrived. Carly was very proactive, made sure the place was nice and warm for us . Perfect

What a beautiful house, we couldn’t believe it lived up to the photos. Incredible facilities, gorgeous garden, we were absolutely blown away. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house. We stayed here as 7 couples for a 40th birthday and it was great knowing everyone had a beautiful room. The dining room worked fantastically for dinner and post-dinner games of mafia. We will be visiting again!

Mark is a great host with a well presented property. Very comfortable throughout with all the amenities we needed. Having broadband/wi-fi at the property was fantastic too! We will definitely return.

We had a great time West Mersea and Jamie's place was spacious, well equipped and had everything we needed for our family Christmas celebration - including a large, super well equipped kitchen to make our meals and a comfortable large lounge to spend time together. The house is located a short walk from the beach and there are some lovely seafood restaurants close by, as well as very nice walks. Jamie was a responsive and helpful host and we really appreciated his kind hospitality. Our only niggle relates to the beds, which we all found to be uncomfortable. These all had spring mattresses which we think haven't aged well and should be replaced (the mattresses have sunk in some places and stick out in others, and creak loudly when you turn in bed).
