great place and I loved being able to bring our dogs. they loved the gated yard to run around in while we chilled in the hot tub. we'd love to visit sometime in the summer to check out more of the lake activities.

This was our second visit to Amanda’s and just like the first time, it left my boys with fun memories. We will be back next summer.

We were impressed by the cleanliness and open feeling of the place. It was a little smaller than we expected and had very limited seating but fit our group of 3 ok. I can’t imagine it being comfortable for a larger group though unless you’re only using the place to sleep! Overall it was a pleasant experience, beds were comfortable, kitchen well-appointed and the hot tub was nice, but we did feel that the price, once the cleaning fee was added on, was a little steep.

Every year we visit Cypress there are more improves and amenities. Always a great stay and so much to do. Amanda and her team run this place like a well oiled machine. We visit once in the winter and once or twice in the summer. A favorite for sure.

Very homey and private. Very helpful and generous hostess! The idea of sharing a hot tub with potentially other people is a bit off putting. Went is the winter months, it was still a BLAST!

The Cozy Cottage lived up to the hosts’ description perfectly! The hosts were very responsive to my questions and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The house had a charming rustic feel, and as expected with an older home, the creaky floors were not an issue for us. I was pleasantly surprised by how warm the house stayed and how strong the water pressure was, especially for an older property. While the kitchen was a bit smaller than I anticipated from the photos, it was manageable. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and the main reason I chose this cottage—it was warm, and the jets worked well. However, we did notice an odd and unpleasant smell on our swimsuits the next day, which was a bit unfortunate. The location was ideal for our snow tubing adventure at Wilmot Mountain, and I can imagine this cottage being just as wonderful during the summer months!

It was great. Very quiet. The jacuzzi in the cold was amazing. We hope to come back.

Mariana's place is wonderful! Really clean, plenty of room, and has everything you could need. It's nice and close to downtown, so it's a pleasant walk or a really short drive to shops and restaurants.

You will not find a better host! I stay in a lot of Air BandB's and she truly was communicative, kind, easy to access and accommodating. This location is prime and the fact that you can bring your dog and have CUTE pop out holes for them to peek out - WOW! You can't go wrong with the convenience and location!

Even before check in Allison was quick to respond and helpful. We stayed in January so it was very cold outside and she encouraged us to raise the thermostat as much as we liked. The age of the home adds to the charm and there’s plenty of blankets available but even so raising the thermostat made it so toasty we didn’t need them. I would definitely book again in the summer and the decor throughout the home gave a personal touch. The personal toiletries amenities were a definite plus in case you forget anything. We’ve stayed at many other homes and you have the bare minimum. Allison went above and beyond. Another plus was they are pet friendly and made the trip complete to have the whole family included even our fur babies. The large back yard gave them space to run around.

This was a great place and met our needs. We were in town for a wedding at Camp Wandawega. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog! Description of the house was exactly as it was!

Connie’s house is a beautiful find on a small lake in southern Wisconsin. If you’re looking for a retreat from city life, this is the place. The home is comfortable and cozy with a great patio and a great game room. We really enjoyed the fussbal. We were there in the winter, but I’m sure the lake provides plenty of activities in the summer. Overall, a great option under 2 hours from the city. Recommended!

cute little home in a quiet cottage neighborhood. perfect place for our family with small children. private beach & multiple playgrounds were a hit with our children! hosts were quick to respond to (minor!) issues and it was a great stay. recommend it to all!

Tara was super accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better host. The room and the house were very clean and tidy. We had a great stay. I definitely recommend.

Adorable historic home with high secure fenced in yard for our dogs! Loved the large porch overlooking the backyard with comfy furniture, small dining table w chairs, and grill, partially covered for shade or avoiding rain. The only bathroom is on upper level with bedrooms. Located on curve of busy street so tricky to pull out from driveway. Traffic noise woke us up early. 3/4 mile to Lake Geneva shore/beach and most of shopping and dining. Lots of good restaurants, some within walking distance and some we had to drive. Very cool pedestrian trail around Lake Geneva - access is 3/4 mile from house at the beach. Didn't use kitchen very much but seemed pretty well stocked. There was a separate ice maker and a Keurig with coffee pods provided (no decaf).

We had a pleasant stay at Silver Maple Cottage! Ashley was great to deal with, she provided lots of information and she was very responsive. The place was clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4. We loved the big backyard for the kids to run around. Stairs up the second floor is steep which was mentioned so just make sure you bring your own gate if you have little ones (we forgot ours so had to get one from Target but no big deal!). Appreciated the coffee provided and all the board games/toys that kept our kids entertained!

Our second day at the Peacock Cottage. Perfect place to spend time with family. We truly enjoyed our stay and were appreciative that the house being stocked with whatever we needed. Can’t wait to return!!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive, which made the check-in process smooth and easy. The space was clean and well-maintained, and it provided all the essentials I needed for a comfortable experience. A few additional touches could further enhance the atmosphere, but overall, it was a great experience.

We had an amazing stay in Fontana at the Cottage. The space was beautiful, in a great location, extremely well-stocked, and very comfortable for our group. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next year.

This stay is amazing for quiet mornings with coffee on the deck. It’s right on the water with the ability to kayak and paddle board. The amenities are amazing and it’s the perfect place for a couples getaway weekend. Close distance for day trips to Lake Geneva or concerts at Alpine Valley!
