This place is a hidden gem! We were so pleased that we happened to fluke this place as our stay before heading to Newcastle and were so pleased! It was such a quiet, peaceful place to stay. It’s out of the busyness of the city but close enough to everything if you need. Berowra waters is just down the road. We had two young children with us and found we had plenty of room for us all. The beds were SUPER comfortable, beautiful linens and had everything we could need. The host was very kind and helpful! The only downside was we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A perfect place to stay, beautiful apartment, extremely clean and has everything you would ever need. Trudie has been very responsive to messages and very welcoming. A short 3 minute stroll to the lovely beach, with excellent restaurants and cafes. An even shorter walk to the bus stop, with many regular buses which can take you in any direction. 100% recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area. Thank you for a great stay 😀

Laura was incredibly responsive and the place was immaculate. I value my privacy and I found Laura and the family were very respectful and wonderful hosts.

Such a lovely and peaceful place, with a beautiful waterfront view. Everything was clean, tidy and bed was super cosy. Tracy was so welcoming and helpful making the stay very comfortable. Will definitely be returning in the future.

had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Bateau Bay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local cafes and shops. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was a great spot to relax. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful coastal getaway, I highly recommend this place! I’ll definitely be returning.

Sarah’s place is cosy and cute just as she describes. Conveniently situated but away from main roads and traffic. Sarah makes you feel right at home! Would definitely stay again.

Lisa opened her flat to my son and his partner. She was very helpful, open, and genuinely caring. I know they appreciate her immensely, and I could rest assured that they were comfortably enjoying their accommodations on the other side of the world. I couldn’t recommend Sam’s villa enough. The fit-out and styling is beautiful, the location is within walking distance to the shops/beach and it’s a peaceful, quiet area to stay. Sam went above and beyond with a bottle of wine upon arrival, allowed a late check-out and even kindly took our Woolworths delivery down to the villa and refrigerated the cold items (prior to our arrival) without us even asking. What a legend! She has equipped the entire villa with everything you could possibly need during a stay, even a music speaker so we didn’t even need to bring our own. Such a beautiful space and a wonderful host - truly cannot thank Sam enough. Will be recommending her beautiful villa to everyone 🤍 x

Great for groups no larger then 4. Plenty of POI’s close by. For those who are curious about EV vehicles there is a GPO on the patio and with my charger I was able to reach the car with no problems. Dryer and Washing machine was very handy for the beach days. Thank you Courtney and Tammie

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Had two young kids so loved being able to keep pram parked in garage. Walking distance everywhere in Ettalong. Coffee is my vice so the coffee tips were great.

The location was closed enough to enjoy the buzz of Brooklyn, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. Communication with the host was seamless and professional, and every amenity was perfectly in place, making our stay effortlessly enjoyable. Thank you so much for beautiful place to stay.I slept well and bed was so comfy.I woke up from bird sounds.I didn’t have enough time to stay longer but I will be back.I have found the place that I feel like home and I don’t have to travel far to find peaceful places.Your house is called home which gave me an energy.I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Sarah's place is a lovely Studio in a quiet neighbourhood that suited me well to see my nearby living family. The pantry is kindly stocked with fresh produce and essentials. Flowers on the table made me feel really welcome. The layout is fairly modern and very practical with washer, dish washer and full kitchen. There is also a comfortable bed for good nights sleep, fly screens and Aircon. Communication with Sarah is easy with quick response, great advise and informative notes. Shops are close by. Having a car made moving around easy for me, with Manly and other beautiful Northern Beaches about 20min away. Close by Nationalparks for shorter and longer bushwalks, some with amazing views of Sydney Harbours Bays and Coves. St. Yves Wilderness Gardens about 12min drive. I very much enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend the place to other guests.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully presented cottage. It was immaculately clean with modern furnishings and bedding. Very well stocked with everything you need. Mary was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this to everyone and look forward to returning.

Beautiful little place at the back of the host’s property. Nicely furnished. Basic breakfast goods supplied, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. We met Ella and she is a lovely host. Had a slight issue with no tea towels and this was fixed up immediately without hassle. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!

Linda’s place was a pleasure. It was more spacious than I expected. Everything was clean and functional. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The garden was relaxing. There was a wallaby to greet me in the morning and I heard possums calling in the distance at night. The location was perfect for me , close to my friends in Cooranbong. Thanks Linda

Had an amazing stay at The Tin Shack!! It was pristine and spacious, with a large backyard area and the perfect deck for dining. Would recommend to anyone wanting a trip to the Central Coast!

A fantastic place to stay for a few nights or even longer, Paul is such a great host. The home was exceptionally clean, the spa bath was absolutely delightful and his instructions are very very clear! The surroundings?! Beautiful and we felt right at home. I’ve already begun recommending Paul’s stay to all our friends.

Love staying in this quiet private cabin. Super cosy! Hosts were really friendly and Hans (the dog) was very cute and had a nice play with my dog. Would definitely stay here again!

The nest was one of the best air bnbs we have stayed at by far!! Attention to detail is incredible and we felt right at home!! Kerry is very welcoming and accommodating, leaving a lovely welcome gift as well. Would definitely recommend the nest to anyone and will be booking to come back 😊
