完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

The hosts, Kunjira and Tawee, demonstrated exemplary responsiveness and thoughtful consideration throughout our stay. The experience was truly exceptional, with attention to detail that enhanced our overall visit.

We had the best stay at Ohm's canal house - there is a reason it's always booked out! You'll get the real experience of living on the canal with local people in a beautiful location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and surrounded by a large temple complex that only adds to the serenity. We spent our mornings on the balcony watching monitor lizards swim the canal, followed by walks to major landmarks (Wat Pho & Grand Palace), then back for a rest in the ice cold air con rooms of the house! Each evening finished with great food, company, and even karaoke (currently on Thursdays) at the remarkeable Baan Ploen Dee restaurant! There are a number of great local shops along the way serving food and coffee (we loved Priscilla's for ice cream and fried dough on the corner). Alice and everyone on Ohm's team were extremely responsive and caring, helping us arrange a must-do sunset boat tour. We had the pleasure of meeting Ohm and his colleagues and couldn't ask for a better host and stay!

5 Stars – The Sweetest Host Ever! Jenny was truly the highlight of our trip to Thailand! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home. She kindly offered us an early check-in, which was such a relief after our long journey. To top it all off, she greeted us with the juiciest, most refreshing watermelons—such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! Her local recommendations were spot-on and helped us discover some hidden gems nearby that we would’ve totally missed otherwise. Every interaction with her was smooth, warm, and helpful—she gave super clear instructions and was always just a message away if we needed anything. But more than anything, Jenny is just a gem of a person. Genuine, kind-hearted, and full of positive energy. If you’re lucky enough to stay at her place, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful pool villa! The house is exactly like the photos – clean, modern, and well-maintained. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend it for big families or groups of friends looking for a quiet getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful house and was perfect for our needs. We found the housekeeper on site to be pretty useless and wasn’t able to help us with really anything we asked for (where to buy beer nearby since there are strange alcohol sales hours and rules in Thailand, how to use the screen share functionality on the TV in the front room, etc) and really took no initiative or made no effort to find answers for us. It didn’t bother us to have her there, I just didn’t understand what purpose she served. Other than that we had a great time staying at Sai’s place!

The place really matched my expectations as it was very homely. The house keeper, Jang, is very exceptional. She is really helpful and made very delicious breakfast such as Pad Thai, Fried Rice etc. Additionally she also did laundry, the dishes and regular cleaning of the house. The house is very spacious and my 4-year old did really enjoy playing in the pool. All of us had a great time staying there. If I am coming to Bangkok with a group of 8-10 people, I will definitely choose this house again.

We stayed as a group of 10 people arriving from London for a long weekend. Highlights: Villa is spotless clean, very private and facing towards and inside patio for all the rooms. The development feels very new, modern appliances and furniture. Easy for transfers to arrive at the destination and depart. Grab / Bolt arrive quickly and easily as there is room for them to wait. There is a convenience store ~30metres away for anything you need to acquire. Rooms are large, well air conditioned and spotlessly clean. The pool is perfect and has easy access. The villa is split across three floors, providing incremental privacy for guests, while the common areas are expansive and inclusive. We also found the cleaners at the apartment very efficient and discreet, while the host was hyper responsive. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to travel with a larger group.
