We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location for exploring the area. We loved how close it was to the bike trails The cottage was very clean and well appointed, comfortable beds and excellent water pressure! We are looking forward to rebooking again

We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. It had everything one could wish for for a pleasant stay and was very spacious, including a big, secure yard for our dogs. Anthony's recommendation for the nearby Jones vineyard and restaurant was very appreciated, we had a lovely lunch there. Great stay!

We loved our New Year's break at the Captain's Cottage. Jamie and Linda are great hosts who, after providing some excellent recommendations for things to do in the area in advance and making us feel welcome when checking in, respected our privacy throughout our stay. They were particularly patient with our dog, who also took a shine to them, and was fond of visiting them without an invitation! The cottage itself was clean, cosy and lived up to the other excellent reviews. Jamie and Linda had thought of everything: from the quaint nautical themed decor to the complimentary breakfast supplies and port. Highlights for us were the hot tub, the views of sunset from the veranda, and saying hello to the horses in the neighbouring paddock. Our only regrets by the end of our visit were that we didn't find time to use the pool and that we didn't stay for longer!

We visited Beechworth to attend the paranormal investigations tour at the Asylum. The cottage is 3 mins drive from the pub (where we had a great feed) and about 5 from the asylum. Don’t trust Apple Maps, the cottage is ‘just’ out of town. The home is beautiful, and the linen is the softest you’ll find. The water is HOT so if you’re going to spa, only run the hot to the jets then change to cold. Highlight: the duckies walking through the back lawn as we relaxed outside with a drink.

Very quiet stay in a quiet part of the country - exactly what we were after! The accommodation is a little dated but very clean and has a beautiful outlook over a billabong. Anne and Maurie were very welcoming and we enjoyed our brief stay a lot. Thanks

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at this lovely cottage house in Beechworth. The property was impeccably clean and beautifully tidy, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. It was also wonderfully well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. It felt like a home away from home for a relaxing getaway. Perfectly located for exploring the town. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Amazing Cottage & amenities for a romantic time away. Fantastic & private rural location amongst the Trees & adjacent to the river. An easy 30 minute stroll into town. Has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip away. Linda (Host) was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

This was perfect for our family getaway with plenty of space, great view of the countryside, a large refreshing pool in the high temperatures we had, lots of character in our rustic cottage and close to historical Beechworth and what it has to offer. Linda’s and Jamie’s welcome treats were most appreciated. We will be back.

A great place to stay if you have a dog, everything catered for and great surroundings. The recommendations Linda left for dog friendly places was spot on and the instructions really clear. It is also a lovely place, quiet, off the beaten road, practical and clean. Near to all the tourist trappings like Beechworth, Bright, Milawa and the Kind Valley.

We loved our stay at Mystic View Cottage. Such a lovely treed property and cozy home all set up for a special memorable stay. Highly recommend for a real country getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Little Olive. Such a beautiful space that is well thought out with attention to details. The bed was comfy with beautiful linen, lovely coffee machine, cute back courtyard and a fireplace. I could go on but we would definitely stay there again. It’s more spacious than it looks in the photos too which was a nice surprise. Thank you Victoria!

It was the best place to stay to end our road trip from Sydney, just wish we had of stayed on the way up as well. Fiona was so lovely & up for a chat. She was also patient with my kids & showing them the goats & of course belly rubs for Finn. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast items & sitting with a cuppa watching the sun rise over the mountains was magical. We will be back for sure! Thanks again Fiona, Chris, Finn, Boots & Storm 🩷

Crabapple Cottage was a lovely little cottage in a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings. It was well presented & well equipped for our stay. We love the location so it suited us perfectly for what we wanted to do as well as a place we could just relax & feel at home. David was a wonderful host & checked in on us to make sure everything was ok & always communicated well throughout our stay. He made sure you felt welcomed & at home during your stay. I would definitely recommend Crabapple Cottage.

The Sawmill Cottage was a wonderful place for a weekend away with our little dogs. We loved the space and admired the recycled materials and details in it's extension, and the lovely little touches that added personality and warmth. Julianna is an excellent host and was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend the Sawmill cottage for a getaway to Yackandandah and surrounds.

We enjoyed very much our stay at the 3BlackSHEDS. The accommodation is very neat and clean; the bed is cosy; and the place is peaceful. On top of these, Alan and Rowena got everything well prepared for a comfortable holiday away from home, yet just like at our own home. We love the food and beverages they supplied for breakfast: fresh, nutritious and delicious. The communication with them is also great, too, as Alan alway responded promptly and provided the supplies, answers and information we needed. All these reflected that Alan and Rowena are the caring and thoughtful host who made our holiday extra enjoyable.

A great piece of history (with modern conveniences) in a pretty, very peaceful historical town. Mervyn And Tracey provide an opportunity to experience time in a living museum...a very clean, comfortable and stunning museum! Everything has been thought of, all the extras provided go above and beyond. The home and surrounds provide the most peaceful experience. Bushland, breweries and wineries surround the area. The weather was fantastic during our stay making getting out to visit the aforementioned attractions a great experience, topped of with a cooling swim in the pools at Woolshed Falls. A great part of the country if you are looking for a very peaceful, comfortable and relaxing experience in a beautiful rural setting.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is absolutely beautiful, and Keren was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our checkout time so we didn’t have to rush. This meant a lot to us, especially with a newborn, as it usually takes a bit longer to get everything sorted. We truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture and had a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the Garden Cottage with our 1 year old child after a few nights of camping and it was the most magical and relaxing stay. The location felt private and secluded but safe and Mallory and Tim have did an incredible job at creating a comfortable place for us. We felt right at home as soon as we entered the gate. No detail was spared on guest comfort from clean fluffy linen, everything needed for the wood fires to fresh eggs from their chooks. We will definitely be back, although we want to keep this gem to ourselves, it’s too good to not recommend to our family and friends! Thank you so much for making our first family holiday such a special one.

Absolutely beautiful character filled home. You can walk to town and bikes were provided to go further afield or on the rail trail. Can’t wait to go back!
