Relaxing apartment on the UNESCO World Heritage Site Reichenau. We are happy to share it with you! The apartment is ideal for a family and is too small for four adults or total strangers. Please have a good look at the floor plan for more details as the bathroom is only reachable from the living room! Bedroom 1 has a small kitchen area that can be hidden from view. Bedroom 2 is a comfortable sleeper couch in the living room area. We prefer guests with at least one prior air bnb review.

Schöne, frisch sanierte 90m² Nichtraucher-Wohnung im wunderschönen Hard am Bodensee. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und bietet mit einer Schlafcouch für bis zu 5 Personen (4 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) Platz. Eine schöne Terrasse rundet das Wohlfühlambiente ab. 5 Fahrminuten vom Harder Seeufer entfernt. Top gelegen als Homebase für Ausflugsziele. Auch ideal für die nahliegenden Skigebiete wie Bregenzerwald, Montafon oder Arlberg. Das Brandnertal liegt nur gute 30 Fahrminuten entfernt.

Newly renovated, fully equipped and quite stylish apartment is located in the picturesque village center of Hard, just a few steps from the lake promenade and has his own parking space. The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

Second Home

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Durch die tolle Lage in einer Anwohnerstraße dennoch sehr ruhig. Ein eigener PKW Stellplatz steht unserem Gästen während des Aufenthalts zur Verfügung. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und Konstanz Hafen. Sehr gut geeignet für Paare, Familien und Geschäftsreisende.

The condo offers 2 bedrooms, a large dining and living room, 2 bathrooms with showers as well as a fully equipped kitchen overlooking apple orchards and mountains! Feel free to enjoy yourselves in our backyard! You are only a short drive or ride by bicycle/bus away from downtown and the water front/beach. Bus stop and grocery store are only a few minutes away from the house.
