I booked Kelly's listing for my son and his family, who were coming to Ottumwa from the East Coast to visit for the holidays. The location was excellent and the house was set up really well for them. There are lots of large windows, giving much light in the open concept-formatted kitchen/living room. The two large islands gave plenty of seating and counter space. Kelly was very fast to respond to any questions we had. She and Jason went above and beyond to make sure their stay was a success. Her instructions were very thorough. We would absolutely book her place for other family members if and when they would come to Ottumwa to visit.

Great stay for the price. I appreciated the large space awesome king sized memory foam bed fan and heater as well as kitchen to prepare home cooked meals. It was a big upgrade from a budget hotel and ya can’t beat the price! Will definitely book this space if I’m here for next year’s power plant outage.

The hosts went above and beyond. I've stayed at other places, but I think these were my favorite hosts. The house was really clean, comfortable beds (and couch). The bathroom and kitchen are both newly updated and very clean, that's one of the main things that makes you feel more comfortable at a house. Especially the bathroom. Melissa was so sweet. I highly recommend this house to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

A beautiful setting and the house was perfect for our needs!! Highly recommend!

As described and looked like the pictures. The apt is very large, high ceilings, lots of space. Easy to get in, but long stair case so could be difficult for some. Street parking right at the door and restaurants in walking distance. Quick drive to and from ORHC for travelers.

Stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Easy to find and very clean. The bed was comfortable and it felt like staying with friends.
