Charlotte’s beautiful place was just the home away from home we needed for a trip back to Melbourne for a family wedding. Walking distance to Moonee Ponds station, Puckle street and numerous cute little back street cafes. Street parking was never an issue and the house had all the amenities we could have asked for travelling with a child- and then some. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

We loved our stay in Fitzroy, and were delighted with the house - which exceeded our expectations in many ways. It’s a brilliant location for all of Fitzroy and surrounding areas, with so many choices to eat, shop and the wonderful public pool right on the doorstep. Kali was incredibly helpful and allowed us a late check out which we were very grateful for!!

We had an amazing time at Mitch's beautiful property, the house is spacious, clean and quiet at night, beds are so comfy and everything is clean and spotless, Mitch is very friendly and very prompt at responding requests. We enjoyed every minute staying in this beautiful home. I felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. Would love to stay again the next time my family are all together in Melbourne. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the heart of everything Melbourne, yet be comfortable in a spacious, charming, warm, and very welcoming home. Sanaz is a great host and gave clear instructions, also checking in with us to make sure we were all OK, offering assistance and a late check out if we needed it. Thank you, Sanaz. It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

We enjoyed a quiet two night stay at Veronika’s unique house. The highlight was the main bedroom with the bath tub and open views to an amazing moss garden. The house had everything you would need and breakfast was also provided. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful and well kept but unfortunately the weather was a little too cold for us to jump in this time. Veronika was contactable and answered any questions during our stay but was very respectful of our privacy.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

John and Jeane were both up at 1am to greet us with tips and hints. we'll appointed unit. plenty of ventilation and light. lovely views day and night. pS4 with lots of games. pool and gym. parking. nice walk to flinders station and cbd.

Lovely quiet cottage in a beautiful location. Lots to do in the local area. Greeted by Luca the friendly dog, and Tony and Jacky were wonderful hosts who went over and above by providing homemade bread and cake!

Chian's apartment was super clean but also had lots of little personal touches which set it apart from other similar styles which can feel a bit sterile. the views from each room were stunning and loved the fairy lights in the evening. The location was perfect for us...close to the city if you wanted 5o walk or a quick tram ride to shopping and CBD attractions. The South Melbourne Market is also close by which had fantastic places to eat on the Sunday morning. Highly recommend and would stay there again. 👍

Very clean, good cafe and restaurants around, great location

Nice little apartment in a good neighborhood in CBD. Communication was fine, as well as the apartment itself. Super clean, and everything whats necessary was there. We'd definitely book it again. Only drawback: Sometimes there was a disgusting smell (probably from the drain).

This was the perfect accommodation for a peaceful, relaxing holiday for our family of 5 plus dog! The home is absolutely outstanding, beautifully appointed with a fantastic outdoor area and yard. Some beautiful treats were left for us from Tricia when we arrived and she couldn’t have been more helpful with answering questions and giving recommendations. Everything you could need is available including luxurious linen, comfy beds, heaps of towels, games, DVDs and the most beautiful views from each window. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Susie's place is really comfortable with lovely beds, well-appointed kitchen, and a relaxed vibe. Great for inner Melbourne area - walkable and lots of public transport options, but also has a car space if needed. A recommended place to stay.

Melissa was an excellent host, making our first trip to Melbourne a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay here, particularly the convenient location for trams and cafes. The unit was exceptionally clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a pet, our puppy felt right at home.

Have a wonderful time in John’s cozy place. Felt at home straight away. Indy the dog was so adorable. 10/10 great experience. Close to the beach.

Chandi's place is in a great location and we had access to everything we needed. She was a great host and was very helpful when needed. Would stay there again in the future if looking for a place in that area.

Marks places was super comfortable and homey. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable and easy to set up. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant and public transport, it had everything we needed. Would recommend and also stay again Thankyou!
