Fantastic location if you are active and like to walk. Easy walk to market, restaurants, drug store etc and not too far to heart of Frenchman and the Quarter. Cute yard and nice hot tub. Walls are somewhat thin but mostly very quiet when we were home and very quiet at night. Felt very comfortable and at home in this unit. Super clean!! King bed was sooooo comfortable. Loved so much extra bedding, pillows and blankets throughout. Great light!

It was a beautiful property and home! Every detail was thoughtful from pool towels outside, sun screen, charged speaker, everything you could need in the kitchen, pool toys and floats, little outdoor fire table, comfy beds. It was super clean and smelled great! The most beautiful and unique backyard I could have imagined! My kids loved the super deep pool and hot tub and so many fun lights at nighttime! Easy drive to downtown New Orleans, nice and generally quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants for anything you need! My only surprise was that the hosts live on the property, which wasn’t an issue as they were very friendly, I was just unaware! It was our first time in NOLA and staying here worked perfectly for our family of 6!

This is such a beautiful space in one of our favorite New Orleans neighborhoods. The home is beautifully decorated and has a well-stocked kitchen which feels hard to find in AirBnBs these days. There are so many things to do within a short walking distance, and we loved getting to relax in the heated pool. Mark was very responsive and check in / check out was a breeze.

Overall, we had a great experience with this host including consistent communication. The home was nice & clean and close to alot of places. We had a couple electrical issues, but the host was very responsive & attempted to correct the issues. We look forward to staying again!

We had an excellent stay at this airbnb. The apartment was spacious, spotless, modern, and extremely well equipped. We really couldn't have been happier with the location and amenities available, as well as the helpfulness of the front desk staff. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, which made for a totally stress free experience. I'd highly recommend this location, it's exactly as pictured (if not better). Walkable to a lot of destinations, and also easy to catch the tram. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and appointed with anything you could need. Extremely walkable to great restaurants/bars/live music and the French Quarter. The courtyard between the two houses was everything and where we all spent our time when not out exploring. Joshua was extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful with a lovely list of restaurant and activity recommendations. We would all stay there again and again and again.

Incredibly responsive and allowed additional accommodations for storing luggage, which was greatly appreciated. Stayed here with colleagues for a work trip and everyone felt very comfortable with their own private space, with the common area as an easy gathering point.

Garrett's place was absolutely wonderful from the moment we checked in. He was so thoughtful and even had a cold bottle of rosé available to celebrate our vow renewal, which was a lovely touch. The home was clean, welcoming, and felt safe for our children to play outside in the spacious backyard. We had a fantastic weekend, and the house had everything we needed. The upscale heated floors and automatic toilets were such a luxury, making everything feel extra comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home!

We used this place for my daughter and her friends to get ready for her wedding. There’s plenty of space!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We had a wonderful time! The historic house is perfect - lots of space, comfortable beds, very well decorated, and the location is amazing. Just a couple of minutes from many great jazz bars on Frenchman, and easy to walk to the French Quarter as well.

We weren't able to actually stay at the house because of Amtrak (flooding in Tennessee apparently). But we did a lot of fantasizing about the house and how great it would have been if we HAD made it. And maybe it's the stories we tell ourselves that are the best ones after all.

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Michael and Marcia’s home was perfect for hosting my family and friends for Christmas. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will cherish these holiday memories for years to come. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us! We hope to return soon!

The pictures simply can't capture the unique beauty of this home! The furniture and finishings are beautiful - lighting, bathroom fixtures, murals and wall art that include tasteful vintage nudes, antiques and accessories all create a distinctive, fun vibe. The double staircase is stunning. For our girls trip group of 6, the house was the perfect size, giving each person their own bedroom and bathroom. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the upstairs lounge area. The kitchen could use more dishes, glasses and silverware for large groups but it was adequate for our group size. Our only disappointment was that the heater to the pool and hot tub was not functioning. While communication could have been better on this, the hosts did graciously refund a portion of our costs to accommodate for this inconvenience.
