I had a lovely two night stay here with my parents. The area is beautiful for walks and to admire the wildlife in the backyard! Joy was a great host and the description perfectly fit our experience in Halls Gap!

A home from home, clean, tidy, comfy beds pretty much everything you need. The highlight was the kangaroos at the bottom of the garden, one night at least 50 were grazing! And the cheeky cockatoos that joined us at the table for a BBQ! Also saw a kookaburra on a signpost at the end of the road. Great location, great access to the many trails and short walk to the excellent Indian, town centre and ice cream parlour. Highly recommend.

Great property, well presented and very well equipped. Also a great location for the area to make most things walkable. Also plenty of room for our group of six to relax, and spend time together.

Had an amazing cozy stay, seeing the animals just outside our cabin everyday was a joy, it was only a quick walk from the town but still tucked away and private. The bed was incredibly comfy, the kitchen well decked out. Even though we arrived late at night checking in was super easy. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay there again.

Beautiful little home with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Very clean, neat and easy to find. Friendly and fast communication with host. Lovely little getaway.

Stayed four days in Ironbark. Beautiful, luxurious couples retreat. Lots of privacy. Surrounded by nature. Spectacular views of the eastern side of the Grampians. Walking distance to the Halls Gaps shops and restuarants (about 500m). Kitchen had a two burner cooktop, convention microwave oven, full size fridge and basic cooking utensils. No coffee machine. Large comfortable couch. Large TV. AC. Beautiful, modern bathroom. Comfortable, king size bed with high quality linen, blankets etc. Washer and dryer plus cloths line outside. Plenty of parking. Well maintained and very comfortable. Would highly recommend for a romantic get away.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more highly, it was really beautiful. So many lovely little touches and really had everything we could’ve needed for a relaxing weekend. Probably the nicest Air BnB we’ve ever stayed in :)

Avue was great. It had a beautiful, roomy open plan kitchen, living & dining area and very well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were clean & beds were comfortable. Bathrooms also spotless & spacious. The deck area is gorgeous - we had lots of beautiful wildlife visit while we were enjoying playing cards on the outdoor dining setting. The area was really serene & the views gorgeous. It was directly across the road from the hotel and an easy 2 min drive into town. We'd def stay again, it was perfect for our girls trip.

Cozy place within walking distance to everything. Clean and neat.
