What a peaceful and relaxing setting . The place was exceptional clean and had all the convenience one needs for a relaxing time on the lake. Todd was a wonderful host easy to communicate with and quick response to one’s questions or issues.

Beautiful location for a last minute weekend trip. Bethany responded quickly and extended our check out time due to some unforeseen water issue they were having. That extra time made the pack out so much easy. Breath taking views and very quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I planned a weekend away with our children and parents. We got there and the pictures could not tell the story of how beautiful this house is and the lake. The view from the balcony will be a picture in our home. The kids had a great time bonding around the fire pit. And playing games. Because of my very busy schedule, it’s hard to get away and this is just what was needed. I would highly recommend this home, however, I don’t think that would be a surprise.

This was an incredible place to stay and met all expectations above and beyond. The house was clean, comfortable, and had above and beyond thoughtful touches to make the guest experience seamless. Thank you so much for having us!

The charm of a lake house in winter is something else. Everything is extremely peaceful and quiet. Walking down to the water with a cup of hot coffee to watch the gulls dive out of the sky is a great way to spend half an hour to rest the mind. This house is perfectly situated, at the end of a strip of land that reaches out and dip into the water. We were there in the second half of December, and the sun rises and sun sets are at the far ends of the horizon, making for spectacular views. The house itself has very cozy construction, with plenty of space and beds for a large family. The updates to the home are done very logically and makes for very comfortable spaces. Everyone can find a corner to curl up and relax. Everything was also very clean and tidy. Brian was a joy to communicate with, with a constant stream of reminders, suggestions, and reassurances. Our requests were accommodated and everything worked out really well for our weekend at this lake house.

Jenn and Bob were great hosts! The lake was absolutely perfect for my family and what we were looking for. We had never heard of Lake Gaston or been to this part of NC but we are big fans now and will definitely be back. The amenities were great! Littleton is such a cute little quiet town. There were a few good restaurants close by but we enjoyed cooking most meals! We will certainly be back.

I want to start by saying that this place is incredible! It was beautiful, very comfortable, and had a home-like atmosphere. The lake view is breathtaking! The space was spacious and well-equipped. The hot tub was a lot of fun for the kids and our family. I also want to thank the host for being amazing and accommodating to my family! This marks the beginning of a tradition for us, and we truly appreciate it!

Eduardo, We sincerely enjoyed your beautiful home. It was so peaceful, very relaxing and full of everything that anyone would need. The kitchen was fully stocked and we didn’t want for anything. We home cooked all of our meals and didn’t want to leave the house. The views of the lake are outstanding and so peaceful. Watching the morning steam rising off of the lake was mesmerizing and the sunrising were just as beautiful. Having a morning coffee on the porch watching the fish popping and rippling the water was just like a movie. We really enjoyed your beautifully decorated home. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans made it great to sleep in. We will be back for Thanksgiving in less than a month!! As well as next June and we can’t wait to be back again. 2nd time staying here, this house is amazing. I hope i get to stay here again, so worth the effort to find this home.

Great location on the lake, close (within 8 minutes ) restaurants and pretty view. Peaceful. Clean and had everything we needed.

We loved everything about our stay. From the house itself with the adorable frogs to the location on the lake, it checked all the boxes! We loved exploring in the kayak/canoe, relaxing on the back deck and watching all the boaters and jet skiers go by (they were very friendly!), doing puzzles inside, and everything in between. The house had everything we needed, which was wonderful. Tom was so quick with his responses and a great host. We would rent again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely stay, Tom.

This is my second booking; I wouldn't recommend any other property. Private, peaceful, and secure.

Our group of 8 had to cancel our mountain cabin due to the hurricane. We looked for another place and were drawn to this one for the natural, cabin like feel. We made a great choice! The living area is open with beautiful views but still feels cozy like a cabin. We had everything needed to cook meals in the stocked kitchen. The table fit 8 of us and there was space at the bar for more. We watched hockey and football in the large comfortable living room in front of a cozy gas fire. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having 4 full bathrooms. We spent several evenings at the fire pit outside under the stars. Sitting on the dock gazing at the lake was amazing. We took a few trips, all were great and highly recommend. Rosemont Vineyards is beautiful. Pontoon boat at LG Summer Rentals was fun trip. Petersburg National Battlefield is interesting especially the Crater. Dinner at WatersView Restaurant was excellent. Michelle & Tim were excellent hosts, responsive, friendly & accommodating!

Fantastic cabin in the woods. Huge back deck overlooking the water. Bedrooms were nice size and nicely decorated. There were great little touches such as a basket of chips at the door many different options for coffee, ground or keurig. Honestly it’s exactly what me and my wife are looking for when we retire.

We had great time with family and it was a perfect location. The area was very quiet!
