Actually, everything is perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything better was easy to find in communication with the host was thorough. Five stars for sure.

Almost gave Tim four stars for accuracy because his place was better than he described it. It felt equipped not just to stay but to live in. The location is extremely walkable but also easy to get in and out of with your car to get to a Reds game or into the Cincinnati. There’s the occasional train sounds but if you’re staying in a city, it’s totally expected and infrequent.

This was the best place we could’ve asked for to come into town from Georgia with our family of 6 and 3 dogs! It had everything we needed and was super easy to check in and was comfy felt like home. ALSO the couches super comfortable and the queen size bed was the best I’ve slept in through Air bnb in 7 years! We had such a great Christmas here and was close to our families house and TONS of restaurants and grocery stores etc in a very short distance. Thanks so much Michael!

We stayed atAlicia‘s place because the reviews indicated it would be clean, and that was very important to us. Very pleased with what we found. Carpets were clean, well swept. Also a lot of new tile (& clean) in very good condition. Off-street parking in the driveway was a plus! Washer and dryer were very convenient also. Thank you!

What a lovely place to call home while in town to see our son perform at The University of Dayton! This house is a treasure — it’s the perfect combination of warmth and comfort, featuring a charming neighborhood, a peaceful ambiance, and a cozy atmosphere that will melt away stress and fatigue if you let it. Choosing this gem over a standard hotel stay meant my husband — who had not been home for more than 36-hours at one time in months — could lean into the calm, allowing himself time to recharge and refocus between events at the university. To say I had to force him to leave is not hyperbole; the four night stay was simply not enough for him. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Cute place! It is so nice to stay in an airbnb with actual charm. The plplain Jane houses are so boring, this place is fun. The home is filled with all the things you would find in your own home, good reading material and music:) Plus CLEAN! The area is great. Take a walk through the park and visit the coffee shop!

Charlottes place was perfect for our month long stay. It has a homey feel which was perfect because we have a dog and a little baby. She has tons of cooking stuff and it’s on a quiet street in the middle of a fun and populated area. There is street parking and it always seems like there is a spot available. With our work schedule we leave in the weee hours of the morning and I felt very safe walking outside to my truck, which was a big relief. Our dog LOVED the tiny fenced yard which was a really nice surprise. She sunned herself on the side porch. Charlottes is walking distance from so many restaurants which was a nice change of pace for us. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the rooms are big with high ceilings, felt like home while we were there and it was a great deal!

Janine’s place was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect - super close to the highway and close enough to walk (though we chose to drive) to The Greene, a large outdoor shopping and dining complex. Bonus is you get covered attached parking with this apartment. I can’t say enough about Janine as a host. We rented a larger apartment from her in the same building last summer. It was booked for our dates but we knew she’s a great host and the building is in such a good location we tried the smaller apartment. We needed to contact her for a small issue and she responded immediately.

Julie is an incredible host! Her AirBnb is beautiful and cozy. Great area with walkable restaurants and shops. Julie went above and beyond to provide extra snacks and super convenient baby items. Can’t recommend this place enough. :)

My stay at Fati's was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is also spacious. Fati is a great Airbnb host, with timely communication. Very highly recommend.

Cute and quaint small space. We were in town for my partners football scrimmage, this place was close and reasonably priced. You will have to climb a few flights of stairs so be mindful if you’re packing a lot and the stairway is narrow. Once you make it inside it’s the perfect tiny space that feels humongous! The hosts literally thought of just about everything one would need for their stay. They even had a step stool (my lady is short lol so I teased her about that). The bed!!!!! Superrrrr comfy and the star of the air bnb. I loved the decor touches as well. We are already planning a summer day back in cincy! Thanks for hosting us and being so prompt with any issues during our stay.

Robert and Donna were amazing hosts! Both very knowledgeable about the town history and current events/celebrations. Wonderful breakfast and conversations on the weekends. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. 10 out of 10 will be recommending this house to friends and family!

Our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Perfect location for the Ren Faire.

The property was what we expected. It is a 150-year old farmhouse with lots of charm and character, but with modern updates. The owners, John and Carol, are extremely accommodating. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I would love to visit during the summer when the farmland that surrounds this property is in full swing. It would truly feel like you were on a country get-a-way.

This stay was perfect! She is super friendly and a joy to have as a roommate. Most definitely will stay here again!

Sherry was very responsive prior to and during my stay. Private room and space was clean and exactly as described! The location was perfect for driving in and out of downtown Cincinnati.

Sherry's place was just as it was described. Very friendly hosts and willing to accommodate if needed. All of the rules are listed on the rental and also throughout the house. I would definitely recommend and stay again if the need arose. My only issue was the parking. As in all of the area, parking is crazy. Although this happened only once, it still happened. One of the neighbors parked in front of the house causing me to park on the side street up the hill. When I went out to get in my vehicle, the neighbor that I was parked next to their house was outside with the dog. (Not a nice dog) The dog came close to getting away and charging me but the owner was able to keep hold. Unfortunately, the neighbor was not nice and told me I could not park there and that if they seen my vehicle in the area again, there would be trouble. That was not a comforting feeling to think that my vehicle or myself would be in jeopardy or danger. I was only there a couple more days and no incidents occurre

Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings! The home was immaculate, very well maintained and so comfy. The woodwork in the home is beautiful. The front room has a fireplace and I could imagine cuddling up on a cold winters day there. Felt right at home walking in the door. They had a snacks, water and other things available for us. Beds were very comfy, I slept like a rock. Breakfast was very good and filling. Beautiful flowers all around the yard. Lots of outdoor seating in patio & porch. John was wonderful! He was very helpful and friendly. When I left I was gifted with beans to take home. They were very good - much tastier than store bought “fresh” beans. If I am ever in the area again I will stay here. I left feeling refreshed from such a good nite sleep. Was a wonderful experience!!!

Lovely cozy farm house with excellent hosts. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
