There is no place comparable to The Hug!! We’ve stayed twice now, with plans to regularly return. Stacy and Theresa are impeccable hosts who have created a truly beautiful space for privacy, peace, and a connection with nature. I’ve never felt more at home in any space. I cannot adequately describe the serenity of The Hug, but I cannot say that if you are an individual who is seeking absolute comfort in a beautiful home that is impeccably maintained then The Hug is what you need. We enjoy attending yoga programs at Isha in McMinnville, and the facility is less than ten minutes from The Hug. If you are in town for Isha I definitely recommend staying at The Hug; for us the two go hand in hand. There are friendly goats to love on too, and if you’re really lucky one of the farm cats will join you on the porch for your morning coffee (or morning yoga!) 10/10

Sallie's place was great, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. My grandson's and their dad really enjoyed fishing off the dock, they used up all their bait and had to get more! There were plenty of games to play on the day when the weather wasn't the best. The kitchen was really well stocked and very large. The very long dining tables inside and out were perfect for sitting our family for meals and playing games. It was very close to Rock Island State Park and a small grocery store was just down the road with the best ice cream spot, Rock Island Trolley. Nice and quiet and beautiful area. We loved staying here and honestly felt right at home. The scenery is gorgeous and the house was perfect. It’s the perfect cozy get away and so close to the best hikes and waterfalls. We can’t wait to go back.

We loved staying at this home! It was so very peaceful and homey. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunrise. We slept 9 adults very comfortably, without using the sofa bed.

I would highly recommend this stay. The place was very accommodating. We had 2 wheelchairs and we could get around easily. My family and I will definitely come back. Also, had a tour of all the farm animals. The kids loved it.

Our family enjoyed the home. It was very peaceful and relaxing and just what we needed. The home had just about everything we needed, and there are dollar stores close by for a quick trip if need be. We took a short trip to Rock Island for a little hike to see the water falls. The host was responsive and had very easy/clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here to unwind.

This is the very best Airbnb that I have ever stayed. Host was incredibly fast and responsive. I had no issues at all. The decor doesn’t just look good, it includes quality amenities. That isn’t something I see at most other places. The peaceful setting is amazing inside and out. That master bed was unbelievably comfortable. The little extras throughout did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back for more hiking and this is where I will stay! It was hard to even leave every day to visit all the nature available in the area.

I absolutely loved this place! It's very charming and cozy, The cleanliness is impeccable and the bed is very comfortable. The decoration details are beautiful and really add a personal touch to the space. But what really made my stay special was the kindness and attention of the hosts. The gesture of leaving muffins and wine for us was such a sweet and appreciated touch. Their hospitality and generosity made us feel very welcome and cared for. My friend and I had stayed here over the weekend, it was great for what we were needing. We were going to a music festival over the weekend and we had all essentials and Vicky was very nice. The area is also nice and peaceful it was a great place to have a break at between the festival.

Our family of 5 loved this get away! This home was tucked away in the woods with quick access to the lake for fishing. Spending time on the screened in patio was amazing with the hot tub and fireplaces 🥰

We had a lovely stay at Deb’s Little Cabin! It was so peaceful sitting on the porch listening to the wildlife and looking out at the beautiful view! We got to see many waterfalls and explored the Caverns while we visited as well. It’s the perfect little getaway, and I highly recommend Deb’s place to anyone looking or a spot to unwind and also explore!

This was a wonderful getaway, beautiful house and view of the lake as described! This is one of the best, most well-appointed Air BnB's we have ever stayed at. Truly, Suzanne left nothing to be desired. The thoughtfulness of the furnishings, signage and decor was top shelf. Would highly recommend this place (or any of her other properties) to anyone, and def plan to come back and stay again, and bring some friends. the House is great for a couple, or Family gathering. Multiple outdoor decks and spaces are really nice as well.

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time.
