Jean is very responsive and thoroughly answered our questions. The apartment is as listed. Peaceful area. Mayville is a great central location if you want to explore both the wineries near Lake Erie and any activities on or along Lake Chautauqua.

Absolutely perfect! The view to the creek is gorgeous. Beautiful kitchen we cooked in multiple dinners and breakfast. Bed was very comfy and loved to sleep in with no sunlight peaking in. Loved the his and hers bathroom and walk in shower. Great peaceful getaway. Thank you!

The loft was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean—perfect for my daughter’s weekend audition at Fredonia! It was even more spacious than the photos suggested, and the building felt very safe and secure. Parking was so easy, the location was lovely (even in a Western NY winter), and the space was warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Chris was a truly awesome host - so responsive and accommodating. If things pan out at Fredonia, this will definitely be our go-to spot. We’re so happy we found it and look forward to returning. Huge thanks to Chris for everything!

Beautiful, clean and cozy. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We were able to walk to a variety of places to eat and shop. Kane is a great town and Emily’s Airbnb allowed us to enjoy it all while also enjoying the space! We will be back.

Despite a slight hiccup during the check-in process, Erika helped us promptly. The house was warm and cozy and stocked with many amenities. On street parking in front of the house wasn't ideal for us since we drive a one ton dually truck. We were able to park at a business just across the street without any issues. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Even though the house is located on a busy street it was extremely quiet inside the home. Definitely recommend staying here if you're traveling to Franklin!

Very cute place that was perfect for our short Peek n' Peak getaway. Love that it's dog friendly! The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and diningware and the house is close to grocery stores and gas stations. We felt very at home, comfortable, and safe!

Very nice place. Had a ton of room for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Nice location close to the ski slope but was out of town enough. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return to ski again in the future.

My wife and I booked the entire house to accommodate a weekend with my SIL and her kids. it was a perfect layout since we needed space for two families. The lower unit is a perfect little 1 bedroom efficiency stocked with everything you could need during the stay. the upstairs was a 2 story 3 bedroom home that again contained everything you might need. access to each and between the units was easy to manage and when we closed off the access to the upstairs it felt like our own little space; we almost forgot their was a whole house above us. Nellie and Thomas were great hosts and were very responsive to our inquiries during our stay. The house is in perfect walking distance to downtown Franklin and a short drive to additional restaurants and shopping. the neighborhood is quiet and it feels secluded. the views of the Allegheny river are gorgeous and the lower deck was perfect for sitting out and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. we absolutely look forward to futures stays!

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Glad I found this place. I have a very active 7yo son who always needs something to stimulate him, so the game room was perfect. The host was very responsive and made everything a breeze. The house was clean and had all the modern amenities you would want. I especially appreciated the window AC in the bedrooms. The checkout instructions were easy and covered what I would expect any renter to do anyway, no crazy excessive chore list. Okay, one gripe. It's on a relatively busy street, next to a retail store. So it's missing that quiet residential neighborhood ambiance. But the accommodations are great and the price is right, so I would certainly stay again!

Stayed at Tony & Steve’s place for a ski trip. It was perfect. Downtown restaurants were walkable. Ski slopes were a short drive. House was clean. Check out process is simple. Clear instructions were left. Would book again.

AMAZING historic building, super clean, centrally located, easy parking, easy entry. We loved staying here and will certainly return! The nearly 20 foot ceilings are also incredible! 🙌🏼

Kristin was a very flexible host, allowing for early check-in and providing clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process, as well as additional information regarding location of extra linens and spare bed options. She was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries, including technological difficulties with the tv/cable during our stay. Also an 8 min walk to the Sunrise lift chair at Holiday Valley resort if you don’t want to wait more than 15+ minutes for the shuttle. Would highly recommend Kristin’s place!

Great location. Ski in and out with shuttle service. Comfortable condo. Great stay for HV. Had lots of kitchen utensils for cooking and amenities.

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

Easy ski in ski out and that is what we were looking for. There were lots of stairs to navigate going in and out. The bed was excellent and the shower was nice. The kitchen has everything we needed and there was nice amenities like tea coffee and other nice touches. If you want to ski Holiday Valley this is a nice choice for a couple

This place is exactly as described in the listing. A perfect spot if you are looking for a ski in / ski out at Holiday Vally, you can’t beat the location. Joe was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We fully intend on coming back to this spot next year 😊

First time staying at the wildflower condo's. Living room was very spacious and the master bedroom was very comfortable. Will definitely be back
