The home was very cozy and modern. Easy access and close to restaurants and shopping.

Clean, affordable stay in Evansville. This is a great stay with pets because of the fenced yard and hard floors throughout. Keith was responsive and was able to accommodate our early arrival. Happy with our stay and will keep in our list of favorites in Evansville.

We needed a basic place to stay for a work trip. The place was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy but Daniel was super helpful. He left some snacks and basics for us which was very nice. The large bath tub was great after a long day outside working. The place is very peaceful and the price was outstanding. It was a great value for us. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay and have only good things to say about Leslie. The furniture is comfortable in EVERY room, and I cannot say that about every place I’ve stayed. The water pressure in the shower is GREAT. The heater kept us cozy warm. The beds and bedding arw wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The place is very homey, and all the appliances work great. Leslie was very responsive and flexible. We will definitely stay again!!

We needed a place to stay while we prepared for our oldest daughters wedding. It was relaxing and clean. There were 8 of us staying there. The bathroom linen supply was ample. The view of the river was excellent. There was plenty of street parking close to the house. Would highly reccomend to anyone with a large group.

Lovely first floor space in an old brick house. Oak hardwood floors squeaked just like my grandmas house, so I felt right at home. Large windows let in so much light. Walked half a mile to excellent restaurants.

Cute stay in Ferdinand! Conveniently located near downtown, which was perfect for attending our friend’s wedding! Very clean & such a cheery place!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and will definitely rent from here again. Hasib is a great host and the bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

The fireplace was very effective and inviting, especially with the cold temperatures. Bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. The hosts were responsive with communication.
