great condo in a great place! the beach was perfect, and had way more shells and wildlife than any other beach we visited. we had a blast! FYI, they do not have any beach items, no towels, no chairs, no toys etc. so plan accordingly.

Diane was wonderful to work with and the home was incredible. Very clean, perfect match for our expectations and simple and easy to check in and out. Would definitely recommend Diane and her home.

Andrew and Sofia were my heroes on this trip. They saved me from an unpleasant booking and made the reminder of my week an absolute pleasure. I could not ask for a quicker response time, property and surroundings were just lovely! Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for some meal prep if you're staying in. if dining out is your wish, all the best restaurants are a very short drive away. very highly recommend!!

Olga is a fantastic host, She is very responsive and has lots of knowledge of the area. Condo was clean and in a very convenient location. I would recommend this listing as a very good value for the location.

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our first annual mother daughter vacation and the condo did NOT disappoint! The condo was so beautiful just like the pictures. Everything was clean, and the bed was really comfortable! Highly recommend this condo!

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Beautiful home! Very clean and looked just as it was described! Great location… the beach is just across the street. So quiet and a wonderful pool! The hosts are very friendly and responsive! We had a wonderful time and would come back!

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Pool was perfect, location is ideal. House was pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a couple or small family. We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola Beach and we would definitely stay here again!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

We were struggling with our vacation schedule and must have reviewed 100 properties and finally decided upon Hannahs home. The property is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for us. The way the house was decorated, the cleanliness, the location, the price....all unbelievable. I can not say enough about Hannah as a host. She is a great communicator, was so helpful and truly provided a welcoming feeling to us so that we could get away and enjoy. As an additional bonus, her neighbors are fantastic. Sometimes when you stay at properties there is this awkward relationship but they reached out and asked us if we needed anything and shared some stories and we now have some new friends. If you want privacy you will get it. If you want a welcoming area you will get it. We will be back and looking forward to staying at Hannahs property in the near future! Mike T

I really enjoyed staying here! I love the verticality of the home. It's great! It was easy to get in and out of the condo complex, and it's a short walk (or drive -- there's free parking along the road nearby) to the gulf side of Pensacola Beach. I had some work meetings while I was there and it took me all of 5 minutes to get from the beach back to the house. There are many restaurants and convenience stores a walk or short drive away. I love that it's on the quieter side of the island but not far away from anything. The place was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed the balconies for having morning coffee and watching the sunset. The living room has a large couch that is very cozy. The host was very attentive and accommodating. My girlfriend arrived early, so this was a godsend because I arrived much later than planned. The only downside to our stay was some morning construction noise at an adjacent unit, which may be an issue if you have small kids or are a late riser.

This home was perfect! The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was better stocked with items to make a family meal. The gas grill was nice to cook up a few meals. The view was to die for! We brought our paddles boards and paddled up to the little restaurant and shop for an ice cream. Grocery stores are close, public beach access was about 5mins away. We will be staying here again! This house is dated but was perfect for my large family. Things to note.. bring paper towel, tp, dish pods and all toiletries.

We all enjoyed our time at their beautiful home. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet shore, a short drive to many attractions. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The morning sunrises were spectacular! If we make our way down to the gulf coast again Daniel and Christy's home will be our first choice.

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was VERY clean. The decorations were tasteful. The bathroom was spacious and nice. The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils, dishes, and cookware, much better than we expect from Airbnb usually. The spot within the condo is convenient. You don't get a balcony, but nice access to the pool, Beach, and parking lot. I do have one complaint. We stayed at the Lodge in Gulf State Park last time, had a fantastic experience, and wanted to stay there this time. We chose this condo to save $100. However, we had to pay $50 to park at the condo, and had no foreknowledge of this. I don't know what standard protocol is, as we haven't stayed at condominiums often. But I think that if parking is this expensive it should be mentioned front and center in the listing, or better yet, added to the booking price. Everything else was cool tho.

Jeff was very accommodating and everything was as explained. A few hiccups with checkin but no fault of owners. The security guard at the complex couldn’t tell us how to get to the unit with the construction happening. All in all, great value and very clean accommodations!

It was our first time to Perdido Key and it was great staying in the condo; it had a full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms for my son and myself, and was well equipped. My son was all about screencasting to the TVs which worked seamlessly. We hung out on the balcony as well. Nice place!

Very nice condominium with a beautiful view of beach. The condominium was in a very good location. The beach was just across the street. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bedrooms were quite roomy. There were hangers in the closet to hang my clothes and the dresser was available for use. There was a sliding door to the balcony in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen was nice and clean with all the dishes that you need for basic cooking and eating. There were lots of plates and bowls. There were many restaurants close by. The free trolleys run from from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Golf cart transportation is available on the island for reasonable prices the one I used accepted tips for their payment. Pensacola Beach is a wonderful place to visit. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time! We have been to many beaches but Orange Beach Alabama was the best. Our condo was very nice & cozy. The only issue we had was non-working elevator which was fine because there are 2 others. The best part was the beautiful view of the ocean! There are 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pools that are very nice & clean. Very clean & safe grounds.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Stayed at David’s place for an athletic event my children had. Loved the quiet and peaceful location (compared to some high rises during spring break time). Direct access to beach. Location as described. Had everything my family of 5 needed. Great host very communicative and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if in Orange Beach area.
