I would like to say we enjoyed staying at Cynthia's cottage home, it was just want we wanted for our Pensacola Florida trip. It was easy to find and in a great neighborhood, it was quite and a nice area. The space was just perfect for my family of 4, which my kids used one room and we used the other one. I would recommend this to friends and family as well we would come back to stay here. Price was great and location as well, loved how easy it was to get to one place to another. If you want a place close by the beach but not pay the price for a beach front home get this one as its 10 mins away from beaches.

Great space. Well stocked with the basic essentials which was nice. The outdoor space in the back is great with plenty of games, chairs, coolers, etc available for use. Location is close to downtown area, easily walkable and only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola Beach.

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

Cutest house. So well done and equipped. Will be my first choice for future visits!!

Second year staying at the shanty for our anniversary and it will be a continued tradition. Cortney always makes us feel welcome and special. The cabin is so peaceful and beautiful, it’s always so hard to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family loved staying here! The hosts were outstanding, the kitchen was fully stocked, everything was spotless, and the pool was beautiful. Thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to book our next visit!

This home goes above and beyond our expectations! It was so clean, very comfortable beds and linens. The outside area is beautiful and private. There are tons of extra things to make your stay great. Lots of pool toys, plenty of cups. Plates, silverwear, cookware! Cute little game room, tons of board games. The home itself has adorable decorations. The pool was so warm and the water clear, there are leaves in the pool from surrounding trees but that is disclosed in the listing and the leaves that were in the pool had not been there long. This is such a wonderful stay i would recommend to anyone needing to stay in pensacola. Grocery stores just minutes away and they are so responsive and even let us check in early and unlocked the door for us when we arrived and adjusted the thermostat for us. I could go on and on. This is 100% our favorite stay.

What a great place! The house is huge. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our stay. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the common spaces were cozy. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Very proactive & responsive host. Made very clear instructions on what to do once we were all finished with our stay & was extremely helpful. We’d recommend that spot to friends & family any day of the week. It was an awesome well deserved little get away!

We loved our stay in this adorable and clean house! Conveniently located to great restaurants and the perfect place for walkers, close to several parks! Melissa was so quick to respond to any questions and a pleasure to rent from! Highly recommend this rental!

A great home in a great location with an outstanding host who was very responsive and accommodating. We had guests whose flights were coming in early and so we were able to check in earlier, which was great. The pool and outside kitchen, actually the entire outdoor space is inviting, quiet, and secluded. We enjoyed the amenities. The home is beautiful, spacious and easily accommodates 10. They also take pets, even though we decided not to bring ours. We will always look to reserve here first for future Pensacola trips.

Joshua's house was a very nicely laid out house that we were able to sleep 8 people in without issue. The pool was a nice space that the kids loved to swim in. We had a couple of details that we brought to Joshua's attention and he quickly addressed them. Anything we needed from Joshua was quickly addressed via messages through the Airbnb app. The kitchen had a nice amount of space which we felt allowed us to feel like we weren't crowded. The cooking spaces was helpful to save a little on eating out for every meal. Laundry was available on site which meant we were able to pack lighter for our week stay. There was construction next door but we hardly noticed it because of the fence surrounding the property. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great for us. It allowed us to go to multiple locations in the area. Being a dog friendly home was most important for us as we travel with our furry family members. The house was clean and we felt safe in the location. Easy access to shopping if needed.

We have came down from San antonio texas, to visit Pace as we plan to move back to Florida. Their house is perfectly located right in the heart of town. Winn Dixie was at walking distance, with Cefco just across the street. The house was the peaceful getaway, that me & my family needed. Brandon was very attentive and responded very quickly to any concerns or questions we may have had. I'd definitely come stay again, but in hopes of moving back home soon, were hopeful that won't need to happen.

We had a wonderful stay to attend a family event. The house is sparkling clean. We appreciate that they are pet friendly. The neighborhood is also nice and feels safe

We had a great stay! Home away from home, close to the beach, fenced yard for the pup 👍🏻👍🏻 only downfall is we wish we could stay longer :)

Amy's Place proved to be an ideal destination for the final stages of our vacation, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The residence provided ample space for my family's needs. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our queries. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with essentials for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, the accommodations were outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to return on our next visit to Pensacola. We extend our gratitude to the owners for sharing their property with us, and we cherished every moment spent there.

We had a great stay! Jared was very helpful with us needing somewhere last minute. The house was very much like it was described. My kiddos loved the kids room and games. It felt like home ❤️ We will be recommending any family or friends his way when needing a place to stay in Milton!

This home was perfect! The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen had everything you could need, I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was better stocked with items to make a family meal. The gas grill was nice to cook up a few meals. The view was to die for! We brought our paddles boards and paddled up to the little restaurant and shop for an ice cream. Grocery stores are close, public beach access was about 5mins away. We will be staying here again! This house is dated but was perfect for my large family. Things to note.. bring paper towel, tp, dish pods and all toiletries.

Enjoyed the stay here, currently active duty stationed in Pensacola, this was a nice local getaway to decompress, very spacious and about 15 minute drive from the beach. I would stay here again.
