Place was just as described, responsive host and showed us great hospitality. Only complaint is upstairs neighbors can be a little loud.

Nichole is a fantastic host and this place was just what we needed and just as advertized. Nichole was quick to respond to questions and the entire atmosphere is very cozy! Very close to all the great New Paltz restaurants!

This place is truly a jewel!! Everything was easy and convenient. We were able to walk everywhere. This place was roomy, very clean and well stocked. We can't wait to go back:)

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

At first i was really confused cause the place its wayy better than appears on pictures. Awesome place, very clean, really good apliances, peacefull, a lot of restaurants near by and manhattan just an hour on bus. The whole house was spotless, eventhough i ask the owner if i can check in an hour earlier. 5 stars in my opinion

Tony and Gina were fantastic hosts. Very accommodating and kind. I had a terrible virus when I was there and they were so helpful to me. Gina made sure to provide what I needed so that I could clean up as appropriately as possible. Tony met us as we walked up to the house and greeted us warmly and helped us get settled by showing us around. The location of the property is magnificent! Beautiful views from the living room and kitchen. The bed was comfortable but I chose to stay on the futon in the living room to enjoy the views as the sun rose and set each day. It was also quite comfortable! There were a few drinks in the refrigerator including milk for my coffee. The French press coffee maker was a delightful addition to the well stocked kitchen. It was so clean and a breeze to clean up. By far, the very best place I have stayed with Airbnb. Loved my stay with Tony and Gina and I am recommending it to family and friends when they travel to Ossining. Fantastic stay!!

I came back home for a Christmas gathering and was so excited to find Franks place in beautiful Rhinebeck!! The apartment was spotless and so cozy and peaceful. I enjoyed being able to walk into town for shopping, dinner and breakfast. Will definitely be back with my husband so we can enjoy all there is to offer in northern Dutchess County.

What can I say, her place was perfect for me and my son. You head to the back of the house there is a huge yard, the deck has a small table with chairs to sit and just be surrounded by nature. It’s cold outside (it’s winter time right now in NY) but the few times the weather was ok to sit out, it’s quite refreshing. Perfect place to meditate and relax. Love the simplicity of decoration and did I tell you the deck is spacious. If you’re a nature person (like me) or love meditating in peacefulness like me then you will love this place. The Cross Country mall is a 15 minute walk and the train station is a 20 min walk (metro-north) to head to the city. There hills all around 😎. Everything about the place is very peaceful and grounded. I would book again in the near future. Host: Emirjeta, is very responsive to her guests needs. Candy & will’s place was excellent for a weekend getaway for me and my partner, very comfortable and felt like being at home. I left my watch and they went above and beyond to help me find it and keep it safe until i was able to return and get it. Thanks so much again for everything and loved the place will definitely return

This was just what I needed for my first trip to Mohegan Lake! Quiet neighborhood. Cozy bed. Great water pressure. I’ll definitely be booking again if I come back to this cute little town.

Our stay was great. Location was perfect if you’re going to drive into Manhattan. Host reached out to me prior to my arrival for check-in at 3 pm that the unit was not quite ready and if I didn’t mind checking in later closer towards 5-6 pm. I agreed since I had business to handle that went past the original scheduled time and would have checked in past 3 pm. Location/Check In & Out- Area is quiet, felt safe and very nice. Parking could be challenging since it’s street parking. During my stay I was lucky to find a space in front of the property. Check In & Out was very easy and to the point. Amenities- I didn’t cook, but everything needed ie: pots, dishes utensils were available and TV in the living area. Space - everything was tidy, clean just like the photos. smelled great and was super cool when arrived. (A/C on prior to arrival) I have only one complaint: Hot water was very scarce otherwise my stay was great and would definitely book again. * Great restaurants in the area.

As I was in town for a sad event, Lucy was very accommodating re check in/out timing. Though this is a basement apartment, I didn’t hear any noise from the house. Very clean, lots of lighting, big shower, and comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again. One note: there are ten steps leading to the door.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful place for a gateway, we are 100% coming back! Highly recommend

10/10 recommend Ami’s Airbnb! What an amazing place! Tranquil, beautiful, intimate. Loved listening to the birds in the morning in the hot tub and soaking in the stars at night. The inside space made us feel right at home. Among the amazing personal touches were an essential oil diffuser, homemade kombucha, fresh squeezed orange juice, and even a slice of cake for my guest’s birthday! In town there are great restaurants and a variety of cute shops.

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at John’s Airbnb in Newburgh! From the moment we arrived, John’s warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

Excellent experience. Everything was as expected. Host was super responsive and nice. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. The only clause is the non-flexibilty in the check-in and check-out time. Some other places let guests check in from 12 pm, contingent on whether the house has been tidied up. Overall, it's a 5-star rating.

The place was great. It was right next to mountain creek. It had a nice hot tub to hang out in . The only problem was the hot water in the shower wouldn’t get so hot. Otherwise the house was a 10/10

The place was just as listed!. Parking garage was great, elevator directly to the room, room was clean, overall very easy process and great communication. Can’t ask for much more! Great stay.

We had such a lovely stay! The place was cute, quaint, and thoughtfully decorated with touches of the season—Christmas and Valentine’s Day details made it feel extra cozy. The hot tub and patio created a perfect private nook to unwind. The host went above and beyond, leaving us treats as a special touch, and we were welcomed by soft music playing in the living room and a cozy Yule log on the TV in the bedroom. Every detail was carefully chosen to make the space warm and inviting. Highly recommend!
