This was the perfect spot for our family of four while visiting the city for a running event. Jon was very responsive and friendly and gave us a tour on arrival. The place is exactly s pictured, immaculately kept with practical and stylish design. Fresh flowers on the table was a lovely touch 👌 I only wish we had stayed long enough to make use of the hot tub! We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you.

It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic apartment, everything and more that you could need for your stay . Lovely personal touches , milk in the fridge , shampoo / conditioner etc things we tend to forget ! Jeremy was extremely helpful with the parking situation, and was very responsive. This apartment is ‘ home from home’ and we’d love to stay again .

Great place, tucked away, easy short walk into town. Quiet, excellent facilities, all pristine, clean & new. Well equipped. Can highly recommend the apartment & the Nepalese restaurant down the road. Hosts were excellent communicators, helpful, responsive & accommodating! Lovely stay all round. Big thanks.

The flat was gorgeous! We felt the photos didn’t do it justice. It’s so spacious and well decorated. The flat is in a very convenient location in Cheltenham. We will definitely be back here. Savannah was very accommodating to our requests and responded in a timely manner.

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

Easy access by vehicle into Lichfield, even though a very central location. Extremely quiet spot, but just 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Sarah’s place was lovely, had a really homely feel with some really quirky bits scattered around. Loved all the different pictures on the wall. We were blown away by all the little welcome gifts, even my two little dogs got a gift. Sarah also left me a card and a beautiful bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day. This was a beautiful, high end property. You wouldn’t think you were in the centre once you are there. The place was beautifully clean and the garden was enjoyed in the sunshine. It was great to have the speakers in the hot tub. Muhammed checked in on arrival and attended when we needed to access the fuse box. Overall a wonderful stay with great service. We would 100% stay again.

Me and my family stopped off here for a night on our way to a wedding nearby. Bob was a very friendly host and took the time to show us around on arrival, put a sign out on the main road for us to look out for, and took my parents for a walk down to the canal nearby. Jane kindly explained the route to our wedding too. The annex was spotlessly clean, nicely appointed, a well-stocked kitchen (utensils-wise), and the hosts had kindly provided a cot for our small baby. Access into the property is via a driveway off a layby as you come off the roundabout, but there was ample space to pull into the layby, and plenty of room on the driveway to park multiple cars. The only minor issue we found in the master bedroom (which didn't impact our stay on the whole) was that the windows were quite draughty at night - we solved that by just tucking the curtains up onto the window ledge. As I say, we were only there for a night, but was a great find. Thanks

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Had a lovely two night stay, just what we needed for a weekend getaway to relax. Loveliest of hosts, very responsive & gave us late checkout which was a lovely addition! The hot tub was lovely, and the house was very clean and had everything you could have expected! Private parking, with cctv overlooking the car which put us at ease. Would definitely come here again! ☺️

It looked like the photos and was comfortable, clean, with everything we needed. Outside space was lovely and enabled us to sit outside and enjoy the weather, and the beautiful blossom tree nearby........It was a lovely visit

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

The flat is lovely, attractively furnished inside with comfortable beds and two good bathrooms. Everything is very clean and Fiona responds quickly to messages. It was particularly helpful for us that the flat could be rented for one night only.

Pam and Paul are such lovely hosts! They are warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. They provided everything we needed to have a wonderful stay plus more! The fresh eggs in the morning were a nice surprise! The house itself is amazing. It is obvious that a lot of love and work has gone into not only the place you stay, but the whole of the surrounding lands they own! The bed is very comfortable so it makes for a perfect nights sleep, with a spacious lounge/kitchen area to do some nice home cooking. Not to mention the amazing views to wake up to in the morning! Thank you for having us! We hope to come back soon :)

A little gem! If you are looking then this is the place to stay. Private, homely, peaceful, relaxing, beautifully clean, stunning garden,everything you need. We stayed for 2 nights and had a perfect stay. Janice is an attentive and lovely host. The property is within walking distance of the town centre and cheap taxi ride if feeling lazy. The pictures do not do the property justice and it will be my first choice when visiting Cheltenham again.

Thanks to Ash for accommodating us as we booked that afternoon. Great location for stroud, easy parking and easy to find (other side of the road from Waitrose if you want to cook as we did). Simple Instructions for everything in the flat, heating, tv etc. Great kitchen and breakfast area and comfy lounge. Would recommend highly, thanks for having us.
